Pride Month is all about celebrating authenticity, fostering connection, and creating a sense of belonging. Our Tacos & Tie-Dye event brought our team together for a morning of creativity, conversation, and community. From breakfast tacos by Jo's Coffee, a local LGBTQ+-owned business, to tie-dyeing bandanas while learning about the meaning behind the colors of the Pride flag, it was a fun way to celebrate and learn together. Cultivating moments like these helps strengthen the inclusive culture we're proud to build every day.

This past month, we celebrate something that has always been at the heart of who we are: showing up for others. As we recognize Volunteer Month, it feels especially meaningful during our 30th year as a company. Milestones like this aren’t just about how far we’ve come, they’re about the impact we’ve made along the way and the communities that have been part of that journey. At Four Hands, giving back isn’t a moment, it’s part of our culture. Whether it’s volunteering our time, supporting local organizations, or simply finding ways to make a difference, our team continues to lead with intention and heart. 30 years in, and one thing is clear — what we build together goes far beyond furniture. Here’s to the people, the purpose, and the communities that make it all matter.

In honor of Women’s History Month, we took a moment to step away from our desks and celebrate in a more hands-on way, by building flower bouquets together. What started as a simple activity turned into something more meaningful. It was a chance to slow down, connect, and recognize the impact of the incredible women across our team. Each bouquet was thoughtful, intentional, and a reflection of the individuality and creativity that make our workplace stronger. At Four Hands, we believe in creating space to celebrate people, not just for what they do, but for who they are. This was a small way to honor that. Grateful for a team that shows up, supports one another, and continues to shape a culture worth celebrating.
