Full Guard Capital Announces Sale of Valor Fleet Services to Tailwind Capital Full Guard Capital (“Full Guard”), a private investment firm that partners with families, founders, and management teams to support acquisitions, recapitalizations, and growth financings of private companies, announced the sale of its portfolio company, Valor Fleet Services (“Valor” or the “Company”), to Tailwind Capital (“Tailwind”), a growth-oriented private equity firm investing in Industrial and Technical Services. Headquartered in Leesburg, Virginia, Valor is an integrated platform in the towing and road services industry comprised of longstanding and trusted operating brands, including Road Runner Wrecker Service, Henry’s Wrecker Service, Windsor Towing Service, Al’s Towing and Storage, and Aaron’s Towing. The Company provides a comprehensive suite of towing, recovery, and roadside assistance services to municipal, state, and federal agencies, commercial customers, and individual motorists through centralized dispatch and operations. In his role, Dale will focus on conducting due diligence, performing company and industry analysis, assisting with transaction execution, and supporting the firm’s portfolio companies. Before joining Full Guard Capital, Dale worked as a Credit Analyst at Orrstown Bank, where he focused on financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment. Earlier in his career, he served as a Staff Accountant at Walz Group. Dale earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millersville University. “We are pleased to welcome Dale to the team as we continue to grow our business.
