I’m proud to share that I have stepped into the role of Director at FutureGen. At this stage in my career, leadership is not just about title it’s about responsibility, governance, and delivery. I am stepping into this role with a clear mandate: strengthen operational performance, embed accountability at every level, and build high-performing teams capable of delivering complex projects with precision and integrity. The telecoms and civils sector demands disciplined execution, strong commercial awareness, and resilient leadership. My focus will be on operational structure, financial control, sustainable growth, and creating a culture where performance and professionalism go hand in hand. I also want to acknowledge my time at Andromeda. After a period of internal challenges, I made the considered decision to step down. Leadership sometimes requires difficult decisions, particularly when values, governance, and direction must align. I remain committed to transparency, fairness, and protecting the people I work alongside. I am grateful for the lessons, experiences, and professional relationships built during that chapter. Now, I move forward with clarity, conviction, and renewed purpose focused on building, delivering, and leading from the front.
