Excited to share that Goldwind has been named a Mercer China Healthy Workplace and received the “Mental Well-being Excellence Award” – the highest mental health honor in this year’s selection, chosen from 342 participating companies. 🏆 Mercer is the world’s largest HR consulting firm and ranks No.1 in Vault’s global consulting rankings. Since 2016, its Healthy Workplace program has been widely recognized as the most authoritative assessment of workplace health in China. For us this award is more than an accolade; it reflects our global commitment to putting people first – not as a perk, but as a strategic imperative embedded in our ESG framework and implemented across six continents. To bring this commitment to life, we‘ve rolled out a range of cross-cultural initiatives – from sports tournaments and family days to wellness campaigns and creative workshops (e.g., Diversity & Inclusion Campaign, Wind Farm Photography) – tailored to local cultures and synchronized across North America, Europe, Australia, South America, and Asia, creating a truly inclusive humanistic health ecosystem that goes far beyond traditional EAP. For 28 years, we’ve pursued both “sustainable energy” and “human sustainability” – because true long-termism always puts people at the center. This award belongs to our over 10,000 colleagues around the world, whose resilience, passion, and diversity make our shared mission possible every day. Thank you to all Goldwind colleagues for building a workplace where wellbeing, inclusivity, and growth flourish together – regardless of location, language, or background. We are proud of what we’ve achieved, and even more committed to advancing human-centric care as we grow our global footprint. This is not just an award; it’s a promise we renew every day. 🌏 #Goldwind #Mercer #EmployeeWellbeing #MentalHealth #GlobalWorkplace #Sustainability #HumanSustainability #ESG #CleanEnergy #GreatPlaceToWork

Goldwind Advances Its Localization Journey in Türkiye Localization is no longer just a plan — it is already underway. As part of its long-term commitment to the Turkish renewable energy market, Goldwind has taken significant steps toward establishing a strong local supply chain for its wind turbine business in Türkiye. 🤝 🎯 Goldwind’s Turkish tower localization marks the first step in a wider supply‑chain strategy. In cooperation with CS Wind, steel towers manufactured in Türkiye are now entering Goldwind’s supply chain. This development demonstrates the company’s commitment to increasing local value creation, strengthening domestic manufacturing capabilities, and supporting the continued development of Türkiye’s wind energy industry. 🎯 Blade Manufacturing Facility Planned in Türkiye Goldwind is also actively advancing its plans to establish a local wind turbine blade manufacturing facility in Türkiye. ALPER KALAYCI , Localization & Supply Chain Manager at Goldwind Türkiye, said: "The project is currently in the site-selection and investment-evaluation phase. We are evaluating several candidate locations with the objective of establishing a world-class blade manufacturing facility in Türkiye. The planned investment is expected to be developed on a site of more than 125,000 square metres, creating more than 700 direct employment opportunities. The facility is initially planned to manufacture blades for Goldwind’s GWH182 wind turbine platform, with a targeted localization ratio of at least 65%." Once operational, the facility is expected to significantly strengthen Türkiye’s wind energy supply chain, support technology and know-how transfer, develop local suppliers, and contribute to the country’s export potential. 🎯 Supporting Türkiye’s Renewable Energy Vision Goldwind believes that a strong local manufacturing ecosystem is essential to support the sustainable growth of Türkiye’s wind energy sector and help achieve the country’s 2035 renewable energy targets. Tiecheng Yu , Country Manager of Goldwind Türkiye, said: "Türkiye is one of Goldwind’s strategic markets. We believe that investing in local manufacturing and developing a strong domestic supply chain will create long-term value for our customers, our partners, and Türkiye’s renewable energy ecosystem. We look forward to supporting the country’s renewable energy ambitions together with Turkish industry and contributing to the long-term development of the local wind energy value chain." "Localization is not a future promise for Goldwind—it is a journey that has already begun. We are committed to growing together with Türkiye for many years to come." #GoldwindCAMENA #Türkiye #Localization #RenewableEnergy #WindEnergy #SupplyChain #LocalManufacturing #TurbineTowers

🚀 Recently, Goldwind successfully completed the hoisting of its self-developed 204-meter ultra-high hybrid tower in Xinji, Hebei Province, China, once again setting a new global record for wind turbine tower height. Paired with the GWH221-6.25MW turbine, this 204m hybrid tower delivers over 6% higher annual energy output compared to the 160m hybrid-tower solution at the same wind farm, significantly enhancing exploitable wind potential in China’s low-wind-speed regions. 🍃 The 204m hybrid tower incorporates ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) in critical structural sections, significantly improving tensile and compressive behavior under extreme loads. This enhances overall load-bearing capacity and boosts fatigue life by over 15%. Furthermore, it pioneers the use of 2,200MPa-grade ultra-high-strength steel strands – a nearly 20% strength increase over the industry-standard 1,860MPa grade – reducing prestressing steel usage by 10%. This achieves lifecycle cost savings and carbon reduction while ensuring maximum safety. The successful deployment of this 204m hybrid tower marks yet another breakthrough for Goldwind in hybrid-tower processes and technological iteration, pushing the boundaries of the wind power industry’s pursuit of higher-altitude wind resources. Goldwind remains committed to enhancing the reliability and cost-effectiveness of its hybrid-tower products, creating new possibilities for broader wind power applications. #Goldwind #WindPower #RenewableEnergy #WindTurbine #HybridTower #CleanEnergy #EnergyTransition #SustainableDevelopment #CarbonReduction #LifecycleCost
