Yesterday, Sunward hosted the Final Whistle Watch Party at Winrock Park, and it was great to see a strong turnout for an afternoon built around community, sports, and gathering outside. One of the best signs of a healthy mixed-use project is when a local concept can test, grow, and stay. Homebody Matcha started as a pop-up with three employees. Today, the team has grown to 23 and is transitioning from its incubator space into a permanent full-service cafe here at Winrock Town Center. That is exactly the kind of growth we are excited to see.
