Gray AES Interiors creates functional, branded, people-centered spaces that transform high-performance environments into places teams are proud to work. Working alongside our architecture and engineering teams from the earliest stages of design, we create fully integrated spaces that support both operational goals and the people who use them every day.   From early design integration through furniture procurement and installation, we deliver cohesive interior solutions built to last.   Our team partners with customers and design managers from the earliest planning stages, aligning space planning, finishes, specialty details, brand standards with operational goals and budgets. The result is a seamless extension of the facility's purpose and the customer's identity.   Because even in demanding industrial settings, experience matters.   #GrayAES #IndustrialDesign #Interiors

We're proud to celebrate the grand opening of Wistron Corporation's first U.S. manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX. Gray partnered with Wistron to design-build this 350,000 s.f. brownfield facility, featuring a 160,000 s.f. ISO-8 cleanroom, a data center, specialized packaging area, and corporate office space. The facility serves as Wistron's flagship location, creating 634 full-time jobs while supporting domestic production of next-generation supercomputing technologies. Congratulations to Wistron, our team members, and trade partners for bringing this project to life. We’re honored to support investments that strengthen advanced manufacturing and the U.S. technology supply chain. It's not every day a crane steals the show. 🏗️ This impressive lift is helping shape the future of our Hatfield Main campus as construction continues on our new pre-cooked bacon strips and sausage expansion alongside our construction partner, Gray. We're expanding our capabilities to meet growing demand and are excited to watch this project come to life—one big lift at a time!

Excited to attend Advancing Data Center Construction this week in Dallas.   I'll be co-leading a session July 23 at 10:30am on "Optimizing Procurement Strategy: How to Mitigate Material Shortages & Supply Chain Disruptions." In self-perform, procurement is about more than securing materials—it's about protecting schedules, controlling costs, and keeping crews productive.   Looking forward to sharing key strategies and connecting with others in the industry. See you there!

#MeetGray Monday with Tyler Cundiff, Executive Vice President, Integrated Sales at Gray. Tyler joined Gray as an intern in 1997 and has spent nearly three decades helping grow markets, strengthen teams, and build lasting relationships. Throughout every chapter of his career, one thing has remained constant: the power of trust, consistency, and investing in team members. Tyler shares how a conversation during his internship shaped his leadership journey, why some of his greatest lessons came through challenges, and how building the next generation starts with believing in people before they've proven what's possible.
