🚨 We’re Hiring: Class A CDL Boom Truck Driver/Operator 🚨 Harper Brothers Construction (HBC) is looking for a skilled and safety-driven Boom Truck Driver/Operator to join our team in North Texas. If you’re motivated, experienced, and eager to be part of a family-oriented, fast-paced, and growing company, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: • Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections (DOT compliant) • Safely load, secure, transport, and unload light equipment, materials, attachments, and implements • Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards • Perform and assist with routine truck/trailer maintenance • Support heavy civil construction projects across diverse site conditions and work schedules What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 3+ years of Boom Truck driving/operating experience (or equivalent training + experience) ✔️ NCCCO or OSHA-approved crane certification ✔️ Valid Class A CDL and ability to pass and maintain a DOT physical ✔️ Strong work ethic and ability to safely work in all seasonal conditions ✔️ Experience on heavy highway, urban, or industrial projects preferred Why Join HBC? We did it! Harper Brothers Construction LLC recently installed the last pipe section for the West Harris County Regional Water Authority' s Segment A project. This pipe was the final pipe for the Authority's ~50 mile pipeline known today as the Surface Water Supply Project. Our team, completed 6 projects which included roughly 200,000 LF of 84" and 96" steel waterline in an urban setting; 43 tunnels utilizing MTBMs, EBPs, TBMs, Digger Shields, and hand mine shields by HB Trenchless; deep shaft excavations in excess of 50', while battling challenging ground conditions. We want to thank our entire team, our partners, and our client for making these projects a success.

2025 presented our teams with meaningful challenges and significant opportunities. Through development, collaboration, and commitment, we continued to grow and deliver strong results.
