AI-native infrastructure for enterprise data — across healthcare, life sciences, and aerospace.

About us

HeyDonto AI Technology is an AI-native data infrastructure company. Through our flagship platform Axiomera and three subsidiary products, we make enterprise data mean something — before it's consumed by analytics, machine learning, or downstream systems. The market has spent decades solving where data lives. We solve what it means. Our portfolio: • Axiomera — Our enterprise semantic intelligence platform. Resolves meaning, ontology binding, mapping, and harmonization across multi-source data environments. Embedded inside data platforms, RCM providers, life sciences companies, and analytics infrastructure. • Conduit — Our dental-to-medical interoperability exchange, built on FHIR R4 and SMART on FHIR. HeyDonto is a founding member of the Oral Health Interoperability Alliance (OHIA), and Conduit serves as a reference implementation across all three OHIA tracks. • Quantara Health AI — Our oncology and clinical intelligence subsidiary. Grounded in peer-reviewed research across liver cancer, lung cancer, glioma grading, and pharmaceutical demand forecasting. • Nadir AI — Our aerospace and defense subsidiary, applying federated fleet learning and semantic normalization to aircraft health monitoring and predictive maintenance. Our scientific foundation includes 12 peer-reviewed publications and 11 patents pending across U.S., European, and PCT jurisdictions. The platform architecture is built on Data Field Theory — a novel mathematical framework for representing and resolving semantic structure in heterogeneous data environments. Offices in Berlin and Knoxville, Tennessee. We are not a healthcare application company. We are the infrastructure layer that makes data intelligent. www.heydonto.com

  • Today we are launching DFT Labs. Most AI gets built by trial and error. Try an architecture, keep what scores better, ship it, and hope nobody asks why it works. That approach has taken the industry a long way, and it has a ceiling, because you cannot audit a system nobody can explain. DFT Labs is our bet on the other path. Data Field Theory is the mathematics underneath everything we build, and it treats learning as physics rather than as tuning. If it holds, it changes what we can promise a health system, a manufacturer, or a regulator: not only that a model works, but why it works and when it will not. We are not asking anyone to take that on faith. The foundational paper is peer reviewed and published, and it includes a section on where the framework fails today. That framework is now in public benchmark competitions where we did not pick the problems and we do not keep score. First results this fall. Every stage has to be won before we claim the next one. Congratulations to Reza Nehzati, Ph.D and the DFT Labs team. Press Release: https://lnkd.in/g4Cqkx5V Paper: https://lnkd.in/gXMTf8vr

Last week at the CMS HL7 Connectathon, Conduit Dental put its referral capability to the test alongside the Oral Health Interoperability Alliance. We took on two of OHIA's highest-stakes scenarios: ✅ 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀. Referral data arriving in the FHIR standard and landing directly in Conduit's implant workflow. No faxes, no PDFs, no re-keying. ✅ 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱-𝗮𝗻𝗱-𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. This is the referral where a delay can push radiation treatment back by weeks. The clearance request landed in the workflow as structured data, ready to act on. We tested the referral capability, in both directions, medical-to-dental and dental-to-dental. This is what Conduit Dental was built for. Our integration layer connects to the systems where referral data already lives and brings it into the platform as structured, standards-based data that is ready to work with the moment it lands. And this was not testing for testing's sake. What came out of the connectathon feeds directly into a new HL7 project to build a FHIR-based standard for medical-to-dental referrals. We are building against that standard while it is being written, which means the practices and groups running on Conduit Dental are already on the right side of it. For years, medical and dental systems have talked past each other, with the patient stuck in the middle doing the integration by hand. Last week there was working code on both sides of that gap, and Conduit Dental was running it. Structured referrals are not a capability we are working toward. They ran last week. If referrals still reach your practice as a fax and a PDF, that is a solvable problem today. That's a wrap on Dykema DSO Industry Group Conference 2026. We left energized by the conversations, encouraged by the feedback, and grateful for the chance to connect with so many of the leaders shaping where dentistry goes next. Most of our conversations at the booth came back to the same place: the referral that leaves one office and simply disappears. Records that don't travel, images that don't follow, and no way to know whether the patient was ever seen. Hearing operators describe that same blind spot, in their own words, reinforced why we built Conduit Dental to move referrals, records, and imaging across any combination of practice management systems, without replacing what offices already run. Thank you to everyone who visited the booth, asked a hard question, or took the time to connect with our team: Kim Diamond, Javi Diaz, Jeffrey Jones, and Eric Neyhart. #Dykema2026 #DSO #DentalTechnology #FHIR

We’re heading to the Dykema DSO Conference, and our tech is live. 🎉 Come find us at Booth 61 to see our AI engine put real meaning behind your data and connect your practices to the rest of healthcare. Why it matters: if you’re chasing same-store growth through high-margin specialty procedures, or you’re doing the final restoration and sending the rest out, you’re likely losing about half of those cases. They never get completed. The referral loop never closes. You can’t fix what you can’t see. Here’s the upside. Recovering just 3 cases a month, at a minimum of roughly $1,200 each, across a 25-location group, adds over $1M straight to your bottom line. And that’s a modest, illustrative example. Now imagine seeing data you’ve never been able to capture, and tracking a case live as it happens. That’s here today. And honestly, that’s just the start. We do a lot of other cool stuff too. Come have a chat at Booth 61. Our tech is live, and I can’t wait to see everyone. 📍 Dykema DSO Conference | Denver | July 15-17 | Booth 61 #DSO #DentalInteroperability #Conduit #Dykema2026

We're hosting an invite-only VIP happy hour at the Dykema DSO Industry Group Conference, Tuesday, July 14, at the Gaylord Rockies Resort. Here's what we'll be talking about: most dental data sits trapped and siloed across systems that don't speak to each other. Conduit Dental turns it into one common standard, connecting DSOs to the rest of healthcare. Why it matters? Referral leakage runs as high as 50% per practice, and you can't fix what you can't see. Conduit closes that loop, whether you're keeping referrals in-network or you're a specialty group that lives on them. That's real revenue back to the bottom line, and a head start for the groups moving early on the 21st Century Cures Act. Come get to know Conduit Dental over drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Good conversation, and honestly, a pretty cool team. Want an invite? Comment below or send us a message and we'll get one to you. And if we miss you that evening, find us at Booth #61 during the show. #DykemaDSO #DentalDSO #DentalInnovation #Interoperability #DentalTech #DSO

Our CTO, Dr. Reza Nehzati, Ph.D, has published the first peer-reviewed federated learning model in healthcare, in Informatics in Medicine Unlocked by Elsevier. Congratulations to Dr. Reza Nehzati, Ph.D and the HeyDonto AI and Quantara Healthcare AI teams.

I'm excited to share that my new paper has been published in Informatics in Medicine Unlocked by Elsevier and is now available on ScienceDirect. Title: Federated learning for 30-day readmission prediction: A controlled evaluation of federation effects versus algorithm standardization across 47 healthcare institutions Hospital readmissions affect nearly one in five Medicare patients and cost the U.S. healthcare system more than $26 billion a year; Better prediction models can help hospitals direct follow-up care to the patients who need it most. This study evaluated federated XGBoost for 30-day readmission prediction across 47 U.S. healthcare institutions and a final analytic cohort of 992,000 adult admissions. The central question was simple but important: how much of the performance gain comes from federation itself, and how much comes from algorithm standardization? When we held the algorithm constant, federation alone showed a modest, non-significant +0.02 AUROC improvement, whereas the larger overall gain in prediction accuracy was primarily attributable to algorithm standardization. That distinction matters: responsible healthcare AI should be evaluated with transparency, not just headline performance numbers, and I hope the controlled-comparison design in this paper is useful to others evaluating federated systems. The paper also covers privacy-preserving multi-institutional collaboration, differential privacy guarantees, external validation on MIMIC-IV, operational reliability, and fairness monitoring across patient subgroups, including reducing the largest subgroup performance gap from 8.0% to 3.6% over twelve months. I'm deeply grateful to Quantara Healthcare AI for supporting this research and to the broader HeyDonto AI ecosystem for advancing the vision of interoperable, privacy-aware, clinically useful healthcare AI infrastructure. A special thank you to Rivers M., CEO & Founder, for believing in the vision behind this work and for supporting the environment that made this research possible. This publication is one step, but it points in the direction I believe the field needs to go: collaboration across institutions without compromising patient privacy, and evaluation that holds up to scrutiny. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗜𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁. You spent a decade getting your systems to talk to each other. The EHR feeds the warehouse. Claims flow into the lake. After a merger, two hospitals exchange records. It worked. Data moves now. So here is the question that should keep you up: your systems agree on where the data goes. Do they agree on what it means? Take one patient who shows up in two places. A dental clinic on one system. A physician on another. Two vendors, two clouds, the same person described in two languages that barely overlap. The data will move between them without trouble. Combining it into one record you can trust is a different problem, and moving it does nothing to solve it. That is the gap. Pipelines move data. FHIR gives it a consistent shape, and ontologies like CDT, SNOMED CT, and ICD-10-CM give its codes a common vocabulary. None of that establishes what the data means. You can harmonize two datasets into one clean structure and still be combining things that do not belong together, because the structure was resolved and the meaning was only assumed. Axiomera resolves meaning first. It identifies what each field actually is, binds it to the right standard and ontology per source, and only then harmonizes. It does not replace your warehouse, your pipelines, or your EHR. It makes the data flowing through them intelligent. Where in your stack does meaning actually get resolved? If the honest answer is nowhere, that gap is already in everything you have built on top of the data. 👉 Read the full blog post to learn more on how Axiomera works: https://lnkd.in/gzrRcq_m #SemanticAI #HealthcareData #DataEngineering #Interoperability #HealthIT

Because every PMS speaks a different language, and no one has built the platform that makes them talk. So records don't transfer. Imaging gets re-sent. Patients get re-intaked. And the implant case your GP just referred has maybe a 50/50 chance of actually booking in your surgical office. That's the problem Conduit Dental solves. FHIR-native referral workflow between your locations. Demographics, history, notes, imaging, status. Both locations, one chart.
