Since launching our internship program in 2023, we’ve provided college students and recent graduates with hands-on experience, meaningful projects, and opportunities to learn alongside industry experts. This summer, eight interns are helping drive real results across our business while building valuable skills for the future. We’re proud that several former interns have joined Highline Warren full-time since the program’s inception, reflecting the opportunities the program creates for students to explore careers and grow professionally. We’re continuing to recognize National Safety Month by highlighting John Fitzgerald, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager at our Leominster, Massachusetts, manufacturing plant.    Each day, John leads efforts spanning environmental compliance, teammate safety, and equipment upgrades—all critical in a facility that produces windshield washer fluid and RV antifreeze for customers across North America. At the core of this work is a consistent focus on reinforcing the daily habits that keep safety front and center across operations.    “Leadership and project teams have done a great job integrating safety throughout our processes,” John shares.    At Highline Warren, our top priority is ensuring every teammate goes home safely at the end of the day. We’re grateful for leaders like John who bring that commitment to life and champion a culture of safety every day. 

What a day! Yesterday, we welcomed Women in Auto Care and partners from across the automotive aftermarket to our distribution center in Memphis, Tennessee, to pack tool kits that will help launch careers across the country. These kits will be given to deserving women beginning their journeys as mechanics and technicians. By helping reduce barriers to entering the industry, we’re empowering more women to build careers in a thriving field. Thank you to everyone who made this initiative possible. June marks National Safety Month, and we’re proud to highlight teammates like Brandon Beaton, Inventory Specialist at our Vacaville, California, distribution center, who help keep others safe every day.    By encouraging teammates to speak up, stay alert, and address concerns early, Brandon reinforces a culture where safety is a shared responsibility.    That responsibility extends to protecting our teammates, neighbors, and the communities we serve. “I always emphasize that we are all first responders here,” Brandon says.    We’re grateful for leaders like Brandon who make safety real across Highline Warren every day.

May marks Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, and we’re proud to celebrate by highlighting a teammate who makes our company stronger every day.    Meet Amit Lipare, our Director of Integrated Business Planning for redistributed products.    Originally from India, Amit sees AAPI Heritage Month as a time to celebrate not only where he comes from, but the traditions he and his family have built together. He and his Polish wife honor Indian, Polish, and American customs year-round, creating a rich blend of cultures at home.    One of the traditions closest to Amit’s heart is Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights. Food is another important connection to his roots — especially cooking his favorite dish, biryani.    “Sharing food, celebrating different holidays, asking questions — those things help people connect and understand each other better,” Amit says.    This AAPI Heritage Month, we’re grateful for teammates like Amit who bring their whole selves to work and help foster a more connected, inclusive Highline Warren.
