H.O.A.M.S. AI (formerly RezDox) is an ethical technology company built to empower homeowners with transparent, intelligent home data. We’re digitizing the home maintenance binder (or paper files) making it easy to document maintenance, renovations, and repairs while tracking the equity gained from improvements. Originally founded in Denver as RezDox in 2011, we’re proud to be relaunching as H.O.A.M.S. AI (Home Owner Asset Management System) after relocating to Baltimore, Maryland. Our mission is to deliver ethical, accessible technology that empowers homeowners to: • Digitally capture their home’s history with photos, videos, invoices, and project details • Track routine maintenance tasks and receive alerts when major components approach the end of their useful life • Search for service providers and professionals who share our commitment to project transparency • Manage an inventory of personal possessions for insurance purposes • Estimate your ROI for home improvements and track your home equity growth through an equity calculator • Make better-informed decisions when buying, selling, insuring, or financing We believe every home has a story worth preserving—and that data transparency is a powerful tool for building personal and generational wealth. AI also partners with real estate agents, insurance companies, service providers, and other professionals who want to support homeowners while growing their own businesses through trusted, ethical engagement.
