James Clear, author of Atomic Habits, joins our ‘Power Up’ podcast series and shares a simple idea with big impact. As a father of three, James understands that habits aren’t formed overnight. They are a lifestyle built through small, consistent choices that shape your identity over time. “Every action you take is like a vote for the type of person you wish to become,” says James. He says the most underappreciated habit is the habit of reflection and review. Pause weekly to ask: “Is there a better way to do this?” Listen to the full ‘Power Up’ episode: https://lnkd.in/gNupwANx

Vulnerability does not discriminate – and it can affect our customers at any time. Bereavement, a new baby, job loss, a house move, domestic abuse. Not every change of circumstance is obvious and it looks different for different people. “It doesn't matter how old you are, how young you are, how much money you have, you can go from being completely independent one day to relying on people to help you,” says Stephanie Feakes, a Senior Vulnerable Customer Standards Manager for HSBC in the UK. That’s why colleagues like Stephanie do what they do: to ensure our customers feel safe, seen and included, whatever their circumstances. If you’re a vulnerable customer in the UK, please contact us via: https://lnkd.in/esQQVEgM
