Exclusive North American Distributor of HypoxBreath® | EU Class IIa Certified | IHHT & Biofeedback Breath Training

About us

Respira Global Inc. is the exclusive North American distributor of HypoxBreath® Advanced, a European Union Class IIa certified medical device delivering precision-guided Intermittent Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Therapy (IHHT). We support the integration of advanced breath training into wellness, clinical, and performance environments across North America. Developed and regulated in the EU, HypoxBreath® is engineered to facilitate adaptive respiratory patterns using alternating oxygen protocols, real-time heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback, and automated safety thresholds. It is utilized globally in applications focused on stress modulation, recovery, and physical resilience. Respira Global does not make specific therapeutic or medical claims and adheres to applicable regulatory frameworks in the United States. Our role is to provide access to sophisticated, non-invasive technology that supports professionals operating within their own scopes of practice. We serve healthcare practitioners, performance specialists, and wellness providers seeking to incorporate structured respiratory training systems rooted in biofeedback, individualized protocols, and emerging physiological science. Most clinics hesitate at the same three questions: “How do we integrate this into our workflow?” “Will my clients really pay for this?” “Are we too small to make it work?” Here’s what we’ve learned from clinics using Respira across Europe: *Implementation doesn’t need to be technical. We guide you step-by-step, from setup to first client use. No special tech team required. *Clients don’t resist the price when they understand the outcome. We give you language, positioning, and real case stories you can use to introduce Respira with confidence. *Smaller clinics often get the biggest results. The impact of regulation, breath support, and nervous system recalibration is visible from the first few clients. We help you prove value early. We work with you, not just sell to you.

I Tried Something New Yesterday. I didnt know what to expect, but I am surprised. My buddies over at Respira Global Inc. invited me over to try this technology called Intermittent Hypoxic Training (Altitude simulation training)and my first impression is really positive. I am a very health consious and rigid person when it comes to being my very best. My health is an absolute top prioroty, so this was exciting to try. The easiest way to describe it is that it simulates the effects of being at altitude, encouraging your body to adapt in ways that may support recovery, energy, and overall performance. I trained chest and shoulders really hard yesterday, and today my recovery has been noticeably better than expected. I also slept incredibly well, scoring a 90 on my Garmin Fenix whoch is 6 points higher than average for me This morning's cardio and workout felt fantastic. My muscles were full, my energy was high, my cognitive was sharp and I just felt really good. Now, this is only after one session, its something that I need to try on multiple occasions. But my first reaction has been very encouraging, and I'm excited to see what happens over the next several weeks. What's interesting is that this is much more common in Europe, where you'll find it in many gyms. Here in the U.S., it's still mostly found in clinics, so a lot of people have never even heard of it. Have you heard of this? As the research continues to grow I could see this becoming a real game changer for people who are serious about their health, recovery, and performance. Have any of you tried Intermittent Hypoxic Training?

  • Look at the chart. It’s not a straight line up. It never was. 1776. 1861. 1918. 1929. 2020. Every generation got hit with something that should’ve broken it. Here’s the part people miss: the recoveries kept landing higher. That’s what resilience actually is — a system that takes controlled stress, adapts, and rebuilds stronger. It’s true for a country. It’s true for a nervous system. It’s the entire reason we do what we do at Respira Global. And a genuine thank you today to our partners in Germany — the Invatio GmbH and respio teams. HypoxBreath was engineered in Europe, but the story it tells belongs to resilient people everywhere. Today especially, the ones here at home. Happy 250th, America. The red bar is us. Keep climbing. Breathe. Recover. Thrive. 🇺🇸 #RespiraGlobal #IndependenceDay #America250

  • Every breath you take is an opportunity.   Most of us never think about how efficiently our bodies use the oxygen in each one.   Intermittent Hypoxia Training (IHT) changes that. By exposing the body to carefully controlled cycles of low and high oxygen, IHT triggers a cascade of physiological adaptations:   → Mitochondria become more efficient at producing cellular energy → Cardiovascular function improves as the body builds resilience to oxygen variation → Cerebral blood flow increases, supporting focus, memory, and mental clarity → Cellular stress-adaptation pathways activate — the same pathways linked to longevity   This isn't biohacking. This is biology.   HypoxBreath® by Respira Global brings clinical-grade IHT to wellness professionals across North America, backed by decades of peer-reviewed research and built to clinical device standards.   → Learn more at respira.global   #IHT #OxygenAdaptation #HypoxBreath #RespiraGlobal #WellnessScience #LongevityResearch #MitochondrialHealth #PerformanceWellness #ClinicalWellness #WellnessB2B

  • The best wellness facilities aren't offering one service. They're building ecosystems.   Red light. Cold plunge. Sauna. IV therapy. These modalities work. But the body's ability to use oxygen; to absorb it, adapt to it, perform with it, is the foundation everything else is built on.   Intermittent Hypoxia Training (IHT) changes that equation.   At Respira Global, we partner with forward-thinking wellness businesses to bring clinical-grade IHT to their clients, through HypoxBreath®, the clinical grade device now available in North America.   This is what the next generation of wellness looks like.   Breathe Smarter. Recover Faster. Perform Better.   → Visit respira.global to learn more   #RespirasGlobal #IHT #IntermittentHypoxiaTraining #WellnessBusiness #HypoxBreath #LongevityMedicine #RecoveryStack #PerformanceWellness #BiohackingBusiness #WellnessInnovation

Memorial Day is the day set aside for the men and women who did not come home. I have family who served our great country. I have friends who served. And every year on this day, I think about how much we owe to people most of us will never even know. Given the state of the world right now and the noise, the division, the genuine fragility of so much we take for granted, gratitude feels like the only honest response. The freedom to build, to speak openly, to worship, to be with the people we love, to pursue whatever life we feel called to — none of it was free. It was paid for by people who never got to live the lives we are living. Today, we remember them. 🇺🇸🙏❤️

  • The intermittent hypoxia training conversation in the U.S. is just getting started. Our CEO Michael Prewitt sat down with Richard Diamond at Longevity Academy as the inaugural guest of the Longevity Leaders Project — a series dedicated to extracting science-backed insight from the practitioners and operators building the future of longevity medicine. They covered everything from the mechanisms behind IHT to what evidence-based implementation actually looks like for a clinic. This is the work we show up to do every day. Proud to see it represented in this conversation. Follow the Longevity Leaders Project. The series is worth your time. #IHT #LongevityAcademy #RespiratoryConditioning #HypoxBreath #RespiraGlobal

  • Here's another Respira Research Review! In the study, just 8 x 4-minute bouts of hypoxic breathing, at 80% arterial oxygen saturation, were enough to significantly increase erythropoietin (EPO), the hormone responsible for boosting your blood's oxygen-carrying capacity. In plain terms: a short, structured hypoxia session can trigger your body to carry more oxygen to your muscles. That's better stamina. Faster recovery. Real, measurable results. This is why we do what we do. IHT is no longer just for elite athletes at mountain training camps; it's accessible, efficient, and backed by hard science. We're proud to be bringing this technology to more people.  Source: Journal of Applied Physiology, 2021 #RespiraGlobal #IHT #HypoxiaTraining #PerformanceOptimization #SportScience #Biohacking #OxygenTherapy #EnduranceTraining #WellnessInnovation
