Il valore di un ecosistema, lo spessore, la forza di una rete di relazioni si misura soprattutto nei momenti in cui il mercato diventa più complesso. Il cuore, il senso della video intervista esclusiva che abbiamo avuto il piacere di realizzare con Cristiana Agostinelli, Sales Director di Project - WeAreProject è un po' tutto qui. Oggi le aziende non cercano semplicemente un fornitore di tecnologie, ma un partner capace di interpretare esigenze sempre più articolate, costruire strategie e accompagnare il cliente nelle proprie scelte. 💡 When millions of dollars are on the line, trust matters most. Three things have defined my journey at Ingram Micro: trust, responsibility, and relationships. I'm Eman from the Philippines, and I've been part of Ingram Micro for the past two years as an ERP Applications Professional under the GPT SAP OTC AMS team. One of the moments I'm most proud of was when clients began reaching out to me directly whenever they faced urgent issues involving high-value transactions. Knowing they trusted me to help resolve challenges that could impact their business meant a lot. Every successful resolution reinforced something I value deeply: trust is earned through consistency, accountability, and showing up when it matters most. Most people would be surprised to learn that supporting sales system processes involving transactions worth millions of dollars is simply part of our day-to-day work. It's a responsibility that has sharpened my critical thinking, strengthened my decision-making, and taught me to stay calm under pressure. What makes the experience even more meaningful is the people I work with. Every day, I'm surrounded by teammates and leaders who genuinely support one another and recognize each other's efforts.
