Mark Colp turned a large cedar log into this bison, carved over three and a half days with a chainsaw at this year's Loggerodeo in Sedro-Woolley, Washington. It's now on display in Great Falls, Montana, where we recently broke ground on a new manufacturing campus. Janicki gifted the carving to the City of Great Falls as a sign of gratitude and friendship, a small piece of one community carried to another as we extend our roots to a new state. We broke ground on our new campus in Great Falls, Montana on July 10. Governor Greg Gianforte joined our leadership team for the ceremony, and we hosted a community reception to mark the occasion. When complete, the Great Falls campus will be home to our most advanced aerospace manufacturing facilities yet. Last week we hosted two intern meet-and-greets, one for engineering interns and one for production interns. Engineering leaders shared how they got started at Janicki and where their careers have taken them since. Production leaders did the same, answering questions about day-to-day work and their own paths to Janicki. HR was on hand throughout to walk through the hiring process and share advice for interviews and future roles. Nothing brings a team together like good food and good company. Last week we celebrated the Fourth of July with employee barbecues across all of our locations. The menu included pulled pork sandwiches, potato salad, desserts and drinks. At our Hamilton location we hosted a car show and employees brought out some unique rides.
