We are beyond proud to share that Lenora Hardy-Foster, President and CEO of Judson Center, has received the 2026 Mariam C. Noland Award for Nonprofit Leadership from the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan. The award was presented at the Foundation's annual meeting on June 24 and honors a nonprofit executive whose leadership shapes not just their own organization, but the broader nonprofit community across southeast Michigan. It's named for Mariam Noland, the Community Foundation's founding president, whose own decades of leadership set the standard this award recognizes. Since joining Judson Center in 2016, Lenora has grown our annual budget from $16.5 million to $32 million and helped expand our reach to more than 13,000 children, adults, and families each year across five counties. Her leadership also helped Judson Center become a Michigan Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, reflecting the highest standard of integrated care in our field. Congratulations, Lenora. This recognition belongs to you, and it also reflects the trust our community has placed in Judson Center for more than a century. Thank you to the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan for this honor, and to our Board Chair Dr. Furman and the entire Judson Center board for their steady support.

Employment can provide a strong foundation for confidence, independence, and personal development. Matt, a Vocational Services program participant, showcases this every day at Chili's. He consistently shows up ready to learn, take on new tasks, and contribute to his team. His determination, excellent work ethic, and optimistic attitude have enabled him to gain valuable skills and thrive in the workplace. Vocational Services provides individuals with disabilities the support, resources, and coaching needed to achieve meaningful employment and long-term success. While support is available every step of the way, it is the hard work and determination of individuals like Matt that make these accomplishments possible. #JudsonCenter #DisabilityServices #VOCServcies #DisabilityAwareness

Hearing directly from the families and caregivers we serve provides valuable insight into the impact of our Autism Services. 🧡 Our team is committed to providing individualized support, evidence-based services, and guidance that help children with autism build skills, strengthen connections, and reach their unique goals. We understand that every child and family has different needs, which is why personalized care and family-centered support remain at the heart of our work. Feedback from families not only helps us measure the effectiveness of our services but also helps other families better understand the resources and support available to them. If your family has benefited from our Autism Services, we invite you to share your experience by leaving a Google review. Your feedback helps us continue improving our programs while providing encouragement and information to families seeking support! #JudsonCenter #ChildSafeMichigan #Autism #AutismSupport #AutsimAwareness
