This is what ownership looks like. Every truck, every machine, every crew member has a role in delivering projects our communities rely on every day. As a 100% employee-owned Infrastructure & Development Contractor, we don't just build projects; we own the outcome. For 250 years, America has been shaped by people willing to build something greater than themselves. At KE&G, we're proud to do our part by building the roads, bridges, utilities, and communities that support the future. Happy Independence Day, and thank you to those who continue to serve our country and our communities.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, father figures, and mentors who help shape the next generation. Every day, our crews head out before sunrise, work through the heat, solve tough problems, and put in the effort it takes to build stronger communities. But their most important job isn't building roads, utilities, or infrastructure; it's being there for the people waiting for them at home. Today, we celebrate the fathers who lead by example, teach the value of hard work, and show what commitment looks like both on and off the job. From all of us at KE&G, thank you for everything you do. Happy Father's Day.

Mine sites don't run on simple problems. When infrastructure needs attention, a haul road, a pipeline, a pump station that has to come online, the contractor handling it needs to understand how a mine operates, not just how to build in a normal environment. KE&G has been doing civil construction work at active mine sites across Arizona for over a decade. Pipeline, earthwork, haul road construction and maintenance, tailings systems, pump station integration. We own and operate our equipment. When something needs to move fast, we're not calling a rental company or coordinating a bunch of subcontractors. We're already there, self-performing the work. The mines we work with call us on the complex jobs and the urgent ones. That's not an accident. It's what a track record in this environment produces.

In 2014, our company became 100% employee-owned. Every year, we stop to mark that. The past few weeks we have spent time together as owners, talked through what the ESOP means, and handed out captive insurance safety checks to the crews who kept each other safe this year. When we work safe and the year goes well, the savings come back to our people. That's ownership working like it should. 500+ owners strong. This Memorial Day, KE&G honors the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. Their courage, selflessness, and dedication to protecting our freedoms will never be forgotten. As we pause today to remember those who gave their lives in service, we also extend our gratitude to the families and loved ones who carry their legacy forward. From all of us at KE&G, we wish everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day. #MemorialDay #KEGconstruction #HeavyCivilConstruction #EmployeeOwnership #ESOP #BuildingAmerica #ConstructingLegacies

Well said Matt!
Just wrapped a challenging project during a tight shutdown window at one of our sites. When you've got limited time and zero room for error, it comes down to the crew. Our mining team delivered safe and on schedule. Again. These shorter windows are becoming more common, and our guys have it figured out. Good planning, solid execution, and everyone watching out for each other. That's how you earn the next call. #Mining #CivilConstruction #Teamwork

We are honored to share that KE&G Construction, alongside our partners Pima County, Rocking K, and PSOMAS, accepted the Metropolitan Pima Alliance Common Ground Award this past Friday at the MPA's annual awards ceremony. This recognition celebrates the Camino Loma Alta and Old Spanish Trail Intersection Improvements Project, a public-private partnership that brought meaningful infrastructure improvements to a growing area of our community. This is what it looks like when the public and private sectors work together and get it done. Proud of our team, proud of our partners, and proud to build here. Congratulations to everyone who made this project happen. #MPACommonGroundAward #PublicPrivatePartnership #CommonGround #Infrastructure #KEGConstruction
