Late night in Fulton Market just got way more delicious. Doughboy Restaurant Group is excited to introduce the Late Night Walk-Up Window at Labriola Italian Specialties, bringing a new, easy, and uniquely Fulton Market experience to the neighborhood. Starting at 7 PM every night, guests can walk right up and grab Pizza by the slice, Sicilian cannoli, and Spumoni! This is perfect for a post-dinner treat, a quick bite after work, or that late-night craving that only a great slice can fix. The window will be open until around 10:30 PM on weekdays and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, adding something fresh and convenient to one of Chicago’s most energetic dining neighborhoods. At Doughboy Restaurant Group, we’re always looking for ways to bring new ideas to our concepts while creating memorable experiences for our guests. Our doors are officially opening tonight at 4pm in Fulton Market! Labriola Italian Specialties brings together artisan pizza, house-made pasta, and signature bakery favorites, including authentic Sicilian cannoli made with Italian sheep’s milk ricotta. The space was designed to evolve throughout the day, shifting from bright and energetic to moody and intimate, with seating for over 100 guests plus a 30-seat bar. You’ll also find a late-night walk-up window coming soon serving artisan pizza slices, cannoli, and spumoni making this a true neighborhood destination for both dinner and late-night. This opening marks an exciting next chapter for Doughboy Restaurant Group as we continue to grow across Chicago, building on a foundation of quality, hospitality, and innovation. One of the most rewarding parts of hospitality is finding new ways to connect with our guests beyond the traditional dining experience. Recently, we introduced hands-on gnocchi making classes at our Labriola Oak Brook location and the response has been incredible. What started as a single event quickly grew into four classes each month, and every one of them has sold out. Seeing guests fully engage in the process by learning, creating, and experiencing our food in a completely new way has been both exciting and inspiring for our team. It reinforces our belief that hospitality is about more than just serving great food. It’s about creating memorable, meaningful experiences. We’re proud of our team for bringing this idea to life and grateful to our guests for embracing it so enthusiastically. We look forward to continuing to innovate and create new ways to bring people together.
