🌍 Planet Day 2026! 🌍 Planet Day is one of our favorite traditions, with employees choosing from a variety of activities to celebrate the day. Some chose to give back by volunteering in their local communities. Others spent the day getting creative by painting plant pots, enjoying ice cream with coworkers, picking up some new Planet swag, or getting together for a little friendly competition on the pickleball court. All around the world, our teams made the day their own. A few highlights: 💙 Bellevue assembled 12 back-to-school backpacks for local students through Mary's Place. 🍦 Cleveland volunteered with Maria's Ice Cream Wagon, supporting childhood cancer research through the Prayers From Maria Foundation. 💻 Atlanta partnered with Inspiredu Atlanta, refurbishing laptops to help expand access to technology and digital education. Whether our teams spent the day giving back, connecting with coworkers, or simply taking time to celebrate together, Planet Day is all about recognizing our people and the incredible culture they've built. Thank you to everyone who made this year's Planet Day such a success! #PlanetDay2026 #EmployeeEngagement #TeamSpirit #PlanetLife

  • There’s a pattern showing up across AI programs right now. Teams move fast to unlock value, but governance gets figured out later. That works..until it doesn’t. Fragmented ownership, inconsistent controls, and limited auditability aren’t technical issues. They’re operating model gaps. The shift happening now: From reactive compliance → embedded compliance From documentation → enforcement From review → continuous oversight That’s what separates experimental AI from enterprise-ready AI. If you’re scaling AI, this is worth a read: https://bit.ly/49cfg6b

  • AI can help teams write code faster. But speed alone doesn't create better software. In his latest byline for DevOps Digest, our Global Lead Technologist, Jess Lampe, explains why DevOps leaders need to look beyond AI activity metrics like lines of code, prompts, or pull requests. The metrics that matter are the ones that have always mattered: delivering software faster without sacrificing reliability. As AI becomes part of the software delivery lifecycle, DORA metrics remain the best way to measure whether AI is actually improving delivery—or simply accelerating bad processes. Because the goal isn't to generate more code. It's to deliver better software. Read the full article:

  • AI pilots are everywhere. Measurable business outcomes? Not so much. The challenge isn't deploying more AI tools—it's connecting them. AI orchestration aligns agents, workflows, systems, data, and people so intelligence drives real business results, not just isolated productivity gains. Automation executes tasks. Orchestration connects those tasks to outcomes. As AI adoption scales, the organizations seeing the most value are focused on ROI, governance, and enterprise-wide impact—not just usage. How is your organization approaching AI orchestration?

  • AI isn't replacing human decision-making. The companies pulling ahead are designing systems where AI and human intelligence work together. https://lnkd.in/eAe7-njZ That's the shift we're seeing across enterprise AI adoption right now: → AI handles scale, speed, and pattern recognition → Humans provide context, judgment, and accountability → Together, they create decision systems that are faster, smarter, and more resilient The real challenge with AI at scale isn't the technology. It's trust, governance, and operational design. Organizations that embed human oversight directly into AI workflows are building a long-term competitive advantage — not just automating tasks, but improving how decisions get made across the business. At Launch, we call this moving from isolated automation to accountable AI decision systems. Because the future isn't AI-first. It's business-first, powered by human-AI collaboration. • Strategic AI partnerships matter—but only when they create measurable value. We work with leading AI and technology providers, but our recommendations start with your goals, your standards, and your existing stack. Technology is a means to an outcome, not the outcome itself. The best solution isn't always a new platform. Sometimes it's getting more value from the tools you already have.
