Construction is taking shape in Winter Park, Florida! Our dedicated project team continues to make progress on this exciting mixed-used development, with CMU work currently underway. Once completed, this project will feature a dynamic mix of luxury townhomes, apartments, and retail spaces. Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our new Construction Technology Manager, Stephen Anderson! In his new role, Stephen will work closely with our project teams to implement innovative and practical technology solutions to our jobsites.

It was a perfect day for our 4th annual sustainability field trip with our Leopardo interns! This year, we visited Northbrook Fire Station #11 & fleet maintenance projects where interns were able to witness renewable energy initiatives in action, with a firsthand look at how geothermal well systems work and why they matter. Efficiency is at the core of these projects and at Leopardo, where we believe it's important to provide our emerging young professionals with experiences that bring these initiatives to life and help shape the next generation of builders.

What does it take to build a healthcare space that genuinely improves both patient and provider experience? Leopardo's Senior Vice President, David Rutledge, recently tackled this question at Bisnow's Healthcare Summit during his panel, From Vision to Delivery — Designing and Creating Modern Patient Experiences. Industry experts took part in an informative discussion focused on the complexities and opportunities of bringing modern healthcare projects to life, while also continuing to meet the evolving needs of the communities they serve. For the third year in a row, Leopardo's Helping Hands Committee came together to make 19 handmade fleece blankets that will help provide warmth and comfort to patients receiving chemotherapy treatment at Edward-Elmhurst Hospital. We're grateful for the opportunity to help support patients and the dedicated Edward-Elmhurst Hospital's oncology team, who are making a difference every day.
