The Healthy Lucas County Coalition, facilitated by the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department, has launched the 2026 Community Health Assessment (CHA) Survey. Community feedback gathered through the survey, focus groups, and stakeholder engagement will help identify health priorities and inform future health improvement strategies across Lucas County. We encourage residents, partners, and stakeholders to participate and share this opportunity throughout their networks. The survey is available in العربية, English, and Español.
