  • Throwback Thursday 🏭🍪 Every great company has a story, and ours dates back nearly a century. Originally built in 1927, the iconic Richmond cookie factory served as the headquarters of the Southern Biscuit Company. As the business evolved over the decades, it became Famous Foods of Virginia (FFV), then Interbake Foods. By the 1980s, Interbake was the largest producer of chocolate ice cream sandwich wafers, reportedly producing 640,000 cookies per hour. Maker's Pride proudly carries on that legacy. Through the acquisition of Interbake Foods, we continue to build on nearly 100 years of food manufacturing expertise. While the original Richmond building has been transformed into historic lofts, its spirit of innovation and manufacturing excellence lives on in the work we do every day. Here's to honoring where we've been while continuing to build what's next. • Innovation doesn’t always start with adding something new. Sometimes it starts with taking something off your plate. A growing brand came to Maker’s Pride looking to shift focus toward next-generation innovation, but legacy product lines were consuming valuable internal time and resources. We stepped in with a fully managed solution: • Transitioned production to our network • Managed ingredient purchasing • Handled manufacturing and fulfillment • Maintained seamless supply continuity The result? ✔ Zero disruption during transition ✔ Internal teams freed up to focus on innovation ✔ A partnership that’s continued successfully for 3+ years When brands are ready to focus on what’s next, Maker’s Pride helps keep the rest moving. • LET’S BUILD THE NEXT GENERATION OF SNACKS Consumers are taking control of what "healthy" means by verifying claims, prioritizing protein, and demanding better-for-you options that still feel like snacks. The future isn't just about function. It's about trust, taste, and balance. At Maker’s Pride, we help brands turn those shifts into scalable products that deliver on all three. • As National Safety Month winds down, this is a good reminder of what really builds a safety culture. It’s not a single moment or message, it’s what we do every day. When something doesn’t look right and someone stops the line. When speaking up feels uncomfortable and someone does it anyway. That’s how we look out for each other. That is how culture is built. #NationalSafetyMonth #SafetyCulture #MakersPride

Don't Give up on me Now, National Safety Month is winding down but our focus on safety never can! Culture isn’t built in a moment. It’s built in the choices people make every day. When something doesn’t look right and someone stops the line. When speaking up feels uncomfortable and someone does it anyway. That’s not policy. That’s culture. #SafetyMonth #MakersPride #WorkplaceSafety

  • A great reminder as we continue through National Safety Month. Awareness is important, but it’s action that keeps people safe. Stop it. Fix it. Speak up in the moment. That’s how we bring Laurie A. Gerbers’ I AM message to life and continue building a culture where safety is owned by every one of us. #NationalSafetyMonth #SafetyCulture #TakeAction

Knowing what’s right doesn’t change anything. Seeing a hazard doesn’t change anything. Even saying the right words doesn’t change anything. What does? Action. Stop it. Fix it. Speak up. Not later, in the moment. That’s what turns awareness into a safety culture. As we continue celebrating National Safety Month, we are reminded it is not enough to talk about Safety, we must TAKE ACTION. #SafetyMonth #MakersPride #ManufacturingSafety

  • Who is responsible for safety? At Maker’s Pride, the answer is simple. It’s personal. This National Safety Month, we’re reinforcing what that means across our teams. Because safety isn’t just part of the job. It’s how we take care of each other, every day. Grateful for the leadership helping bring this mindset to life across our organization. #SafetyMonth #MakersPride #SafetyCulture #FoodManufacturing

  • World Food Safety Day on June 7 is a reminder of something we don’t take lightly. Food safety is not just a standard to meet. It’s a responsibility to our customers, the people they serve, and our own families. This year’s theme, “From burden to solutions – safe food everywhere,” is a powerful one. Foodborne illness still affects millions globally each year, yet much of it is preventable. That’s where the work matters. At Maker’s Pride, food safety and quality are built into how we operate every day. It’s in our processes, our systems, and the way our teams show up. Because our people come first and the products we make reach far beyond our facilities. Safe food should be the expectation, not the exception. #WorldFoodSafetyDay #FoodSafety #QualityMatters #TrustInFood

  • Maker's Pride is officially leaving Las Vegas after an incredible week at the Sweets & Snacks Expo 2026 🍪 We had the opportunity to connect with so many great people across the industry and have meaningful conversations around innovation, manufacturing, growth, and what’s next in snacks and baked goods. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, met with us, or spent time connecting throughout the show. Events like this are a great reminder of how collaborative and fast-moving this industry continues to be. Special thanks to Jason Lichtenstein, Ken Hochstetler, and Alex Engelhart for representing the Maker’s Pride team in Vegas this week. If we met at the show (or even if we didn’t get the chance to connect) reach out. We’d love to continue the conversation and learn more about what you’re building.
