As states respond to federal changes affecting Medicaid and SNAP, state legislators are focused on strengthening program integrity while ensuring effective services for their constituents. Those priorities shaped many of our conversations this week at the National Conference of State Legislatures Legislative Summit. As implementation timelines begin to take shape, we demonstrated solutions to help states: ✅ Reduce preventable SNAP errors and lower payment error rates. ✅ Support Medicaid members with community engagement requirements. ✅ Streamline program administration while keeping people at the center of service delivery. Most of all, we were inspired by legislators and public sector leaders tackling complex policy, operational, and fiscal challenges on behalf of their communities every day. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to share perspectives and ideas. We look forward to continuing these conversations and sharing strategies that can help states prepare for what's ahead. #Medcaid #SNAP #PublicSector #MaximusSolutions
