After nearly five decades with McClure, Terry Lutz has retired. Throughout his 48-year career, he helped transform McClure from a small Iowa engineering firm into a team member-owned company of 300 team members while building a culture centered on people, trust, and opportunity. Site work continues to make strong progress at Crossroads Mall project in Waterloo! Removal of the former mall structure is now complete, and crews are focused on removing the remaining slabs and footings. Once that work is finished, parking lot demolition will begin as we continue preparing the site for future redevelopment. We're excited to keep the momentum going and look forward to sharing additional milestones as the project advances. ✨
