Building out the teams that work on innovative products that have direct positive impact for users and working alongside passionate colleagues who share the same vision. In her personal life, she is creatively inspired by traveling, reading, spending active time outdoors, and exploring new cultures. 💡 What she is excited to build: Working closely with team leaders to bring top technical talent to Monstro and supporting the mission to democratize access to personal finance management.

Welcome Tameem to the Monstro team! 👋 Tameem is joining us as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, where he will be focused on Architecting the company’s technical core from the ground up. He will focus on designing a unified data schema and ML engine that are not only rigorous and scalable but also intrinsically aligned with our business strategy -ensuring our ML models and algorithms are robust enough to support complex modeling while remaining flexible enough to evolve with the market. 💭 What motivates Tameem: Building technology that creates real, positive impact on people's financial lives. Wealth management has been opaque for too long - I'm motivated by the chance to change that. 💡 What he is excited to build: The next generation of financial modeling infrastructure. I'm excited to apply machine learning and quantitative methods to wealth management in a way that's transparent and trustworthy - giving advisors and clients insights they can actually understand and act on.
