Juneteenth reminds us that freedom is more than history—it’s a continued responsibility. True freedom means access to safe housing, healthcare, economic opportunity, and the resources needed to build a stable future. At NSO, we see how barriers still impact those facing homelessness, mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and poverty. Our mission is to help individuals overcome these barriers and build paths toward independence, dignity, and hope.
