This full-time role will work closely with executive leadership, customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, and sales teams to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, structure strategic transactions, and manage legal and commercial risk. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of commercial contracting experience, strong negotiation skills, and a practical approach to helping move business initiatives forward. Experience in manufacturing, energy storage, renewable energy, electrical equipment, or global supply chains is a plus.
