  • Built for AI, Not for Waste: How to Right-Size AI Infrastructure AI infrastructure should be built for growth, not guesswork. Oversizing too early can lock organizations into unnecessary costs. Undersizing can create performance barriers just as AI initiatives begin gaining momentum. A smarter approach connects infrastructure decisions to actual workloads, business priorities, governance requirements and a realistic path to scale. • Business continuity is more than recovery. It is the ability to keep critical services running and respond with control when disruption affects cloud, data center, networks, and operations. See how Netsync helps organizations build a stronger continuity strategy. Link in comments below.

  • AI threats are getting smarter. But the biggest risk might already be inside your network. Employees are loading email messages and chat logs into AI tools your security team cannot see or control. They are not being careless. They are trying to work faster. But the data exposure they are creating is real, and many organizations may not be fully aware of how widespread it is. Stopping data leaks to unsanctioned AI tools. Putting guardrails on what employees can send to ChatGPT. Securing the AI applications and agents your own teams are building. That is what we get into, and what Cisco Secure Access and Cisco AI Defense are built to handle. Netsync and Cisco sat down to talk about it. The result is a free on-demand webinar covering shadow AI, agentic risk, identity, segmentation, threat intelligence and automation. If you are responsible for protecting your organization, this one is worth your time. • AI success is not defined by how many experiments an organization launches. It is defined by what happens when AI meets real data, real workflows, real budgets, and real business expectations. At our AI Without Regret event, Jason J. Fleagle joined leaders from NETSYNC, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Everpure, and organizations across the Dallas area for a practical conversation about moving AI from experimentation to responsible, measurable operation. From governance and infrastructure to data readiness, cost visibility, observability, and workflow ownership, one theme remained clear: AI delivers more value when every part of the system is designed to work together. Thank you to everyone who brought thoughtful questions, real-world experience, and fresh ideas to the conversation. We called the discussion AI Without Regret. We had an amazing event with NETSYNC, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Everpure with a number of leaders from companies in the Dallas area last night to discuss how to do AI without regrets. By the end of the discussion, there were more ideas, strategies, and action plans shared over amazing food and drinks. The common themes and situations? Organizations want to move beyond isolated AI experiments. They want to know how to operate AI responsibly once it touches real data, real budgets, and real work. A few of the questions and topics we worked throughout the evening: • How do you monitor models, agents, data pipelines, APIs, and infrastructure as one connected system? • When does cloud make sense, and when do security, latency, economics, or data requirements point toward on-prem infrastructure? • How do you manage token spend, understand cost per successful task, and optimize usage without slowing adoption? • What does practical governance look like when security, access, approvals, auditability, and data loss prevention all matter? • How should data be organized, protected, and moved through ETL pipelines so AI workloads receive useful context instead of a larger pile of noise? • How do you measure success in terms leaders can use: time returned, money saved or avoided, and more capacity for people to focus on higher-value work? • How do you turn prompting into an operational process? Document the task, define the inputs, build the SOP, set approval points, assign an owner, and create a clean handoff. Every topic came back to a stronger operational AI maturity. Useful AI has to be observable and governed. The data has to be organized, the costs visible, the outcomes measurable, and the workflow clear enough for a person or team to own. Thank you to the teams at Netsync, AWS, Everpure, and everyone who brought thoughtful questions and real operating experience into the room. Tired of AI not delivering results you were promised? We’d love to invite you to a short discussion or another upcoming AI event we do.
