Enhancing Real Estate, Enriching Lives!

About us

Weigand-Omega has been providing management services for apartment communities, retail properties, office buildings, shopping centers, and condominium and homeowners associations since our founding in 1976. Although what we do is important, it is how we do it that makes the difference. That is because we are only as good as the people that comprise our company and there is no substitue for the people that give us our unique corporate personality. Just like people, companies have individual personalities too... ways of thinking and conducting business that make us unique in our professional relationships. It is a distinguishing characteristic of our family-run business that we build close and long-lasting relationships, working to gain better insight into our Clients’ investment objectives so we can help them reach their financial goals. If all we did was strive to meet our clients’ expectations, we would be doing nothing more than our competitors...and we simply see no point in meeting expectations when we can exceed them. We literally manage the peace of mind for thousands of people...whether managing the investment dreams for our real estate owners, managing the homes for our apartment residents and their families, managing the place where our commercial tenants operate their businesses, or managing the “stuff” that our self storage tenants just don’t have the room for.
