Quince hosted the Null Bangalore & OWASP Foundation Combined Meetup – a community gathering for cybersecurity enthusiasts and professionals on 11th October. One of the things I love about Quince is that the team is focused intensely on delivering results, and despite our size, it still feels like many parts of our business are still #iykyk (which means more opportunity for growth): our customers take pride in being Quince insiders. This photo from our recent Off-Site reminded me how global our team has become and how fast we've grown. A few other lasting impressions from our 2025 Off-Site: 1. 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼. Protecting customer trust cuts across all departments and all functions from quality to logistics. 2. 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: "If you don't touch the work, you shouldn't lead the team". Knowing the details to make good decisions AND keeping the vantage point to set strategy and clear goals is good leadership. Sit at the front of the boat and pull together. 3. A reminder of 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 to enable lightning speed, solutions for creative assets, and excellent customer experiences. So many tools to play with - a new favorite: openart.ai 4. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁. That's it. 5. 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 to manage personally and across the team. Facilitated recovery can be an asset when you spot teammates in survival mode.
