  • As Pride Month comes to a close, the work of building a more inclusive game continues. 🌈   Melanie Bradley is helping lead that work forward — creating space, breaking barriers, and expanding access to soccer so more individuals can enter the game, grow within it, and feel a true sense of belonging.   From her early days as a player to her leadership across grassroots programming and system-level initiatives, Mel’s journey has been shaped by mentorship, opportunity, and a deep commitment to giving back. Today, she is paying that forward — ensuring others have the same chance to experience the game and everything it can offer.   Through initiatives focused on accessibility, inclusion, and athlete well-being, Mel is helping reshape how soccer is experienced across Ontario. Her work goes beyond participation — it’s about creating environments where athletes, coaches, and communities feel supported, valued, and safe to be their authentic selves.   Whether it’s championing programs that reduce barriers to entry, collaborating across organizations to strengthen community impact, or advocating for policies that foster belonging, her approach reflects a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to be part of the game.   Because when we lead with inclusion, we don’t just grow the sport — we strengthen the communities around it. ⚽✨   Read Mel’s full story here: https://lnkd.in/eKM37RfF #PlayInspireUnite #GrowingTheGame #Leadership #Inclusion #Pride #SoccerForAll #Community #2SLGBTQIA
