OnTrac’s Team Member Spotlight highlights the people who keep things moving every day—the ones solving problems, supporting their teams, and showing up for each other. Today, we’re spotlighting Gabrielle Gore, Talent Acquisition Support. We asked a few questions to get to know them better: What do you do and what does a typical day look like? I'm part of the Talent Acquisition Support Team, where I help create a positive onboarding experience for new team members. My role includes conducting new hire orientation, assisting new hires with completing their onboarding paperwork, and ensuring everything is in place for a successful start. A typical day begins with reviewing which of my nine locations have orientation scheduled and connecting with Operations on the new team members starting that day. I guide new hires through their paperwork, send attendance reports to the recruiting team, and complete I-9 verifications for those who attended orientation. Throughout the week, I also collaborate with our RPO partners and hiring managers to support hiring needs, monitor fulfillment progress, and help ensure our locations have the talent they need to succeed. What stands out most about working here? In the 3 years that I've been here, I believe in the connectivity of team members. From TA to Operations and HR departments across the country, I've had the chance to connect and work with a ton of great people. They have all been smart, hard-working and fun to connect with. Outside of work, what keeps you busy? Outside of work, I love to read and write. I always have my kindle with a new book ready to read! Last year I was able to self-publish my own poetry book. Last but not least, I'm finishing my bachelor's in Human Resources Management, so my online classes have been keeping me super busy. 👉 Interested in joining the team? As a Senior Sales Manager at OnTrac, I focus on supporting our sales managers and existing customers while also growing the business through new partnerships. A typical day includes working closely with sales managers and our customers, to understand their shipping needs, helping solve challenges, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a great customer experience, and connecting with prospective customers to show how OnTrac can support their business. Every day is different, which keeps the role both exciting and rewarding What stands out most about working here? What stands out most is the people and the collaborative environment. There is a strong focus on teamwork, innovation, and finding solutions for our customers. It’s rewarding to work alongside talented team members who are committed to delivering results and helping businesses grow. Outside of work, what keeps you busy? Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being out on the water, fishing, grilling, and taking on home improvement projects. If you could share one piece of advice, what would it be?
