Last week, PepperPointe Partnerships hosted the first Elevate Clinical Conference at Hotel Roanoke for all of our Versant Dental practices. The conference brought together both clinical and administrative team members for a day dedicated to learning, collaboration, and growth. This year, we kicked off the second class of our Leadership Development Program, and last month, 16 of our doctors gathered in Lexington, KY, for an in-person weekend of continuing education and relationship building. This program was created to prepare associate doctors for true doctor ownership, one in which they serve as leaders and partners in some of the largest doctor-owned and doctor-controlled Group Practices in the country. This week, the PepperPointe team took a break from the office for a #PepperPointeWellnessDay Wellness Walk at #GattonPark to enjoy fresh air, movement, and time together in the heart of our beautiful city. Walking to one of downtown Lexington’s newest parks was a great reminder of how important it is to intentionally create space for wellness during the workday.
