About us
Pet parents should never have to make a difficult decision about their pet’s health for financial reasons — and we're doing our part as the first employer-offered pet insurance plan designed to work just like other employee benefits. OnePack Plan™ by PetPartners provides employer-based group pet insurance for cats and dogs. With options for accident only or accident and illness coverage, OnePack Plan pet insurance can help reimburse the cost of eligible veterinary and pet healthcare expenses, helping employees take the stress out of vet bills. #SHRM26 was equal parts chaos, connection, and puppy therapy. 🐾 In the middle of packed sessions, nonstop networking, concerts, and conference buzz, one thing became crystal clear: people needed a moment to breathe. And that’s exactly where puppies came into play. HR professionals came by for snuggles, stayed for conversations, and many came back both days because those puppy cuddles felt like therapy in the middle of the madness. Seeing the crowds outside the Oprah session cheering us on (and loving the pups from Mercy Full Project) was such a fun reminder that wellness truly brings people together. 💛 From meaningful conversations with HR leaders to managing the beautiful chaos behind the scenes, the biggest win was connection. We met so many professionals who care deeply about creating healthier, happier workplaces, and those conversations made the week unforgettable. And yes, between the Christina Aguilera concert and the incredible Disney After Dark closing event with Paycom, SHRM definitely knew how to celebrate, too. ✨ Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared stories, took a puppy break, and reminded us why this work matters so much. Until next year, SHRM.
