Meet Matt Palmer, VP of Clinical Strategy & Formulary and winner of a PharMerica Customer & Patient Impact Award! ⌚ How long have you been with PharMerica and what is your role? I've been here a total of 13 years – first as a consultant pharmacist and then in clinical operations. I'm currently VP of Clinical Strategy & Formulary, which is a new role for me. 🏅 Why were you chosen for this award? I was chosen for my work that bridges the gap between patients, providers, technology, and business needs. One of the most meaningful parts of this journey has been helping translate complex challenges into outcome-driven solutions that improve operations, enhance staff experiences, and most importantly, improve quality of life for residents and patients. I'm especially proud of initiatives focused on medication optimization and care alignment, which are helping reduce staff burden, create more time for meaningful resident interactions, and drive better clinical outcomes. 💖 What do you love most about your job?
