Last Friday, the PhytogenX, Inc. team experienced an unimaginable loss when three members of our organization were involved in a tragic motor vehicle accident while traveling to work. We are heartbroken by the loss of two valued colleagues, and our thoughts remain with another team member as they continue their recovery. One of our favorite traditions of the year at PhytogenX, Inc.: Family & Friends Day 💙💚 It’s always special to welcome the people who support our team behind the scenes and give them a chance to see where their family members and friends spend so much of their time. Seeing returning families, meeting new faces, and watching kids grow up alongside the company is a reminder that PhytogenX is built on more than just the work we do. It’s built on people, relationships, and community. Thank you to our incredible team and to the families and friends who support them every day. We loved spending the day together.

Last night, members of the PhytogenX, Inc. team had the opportunity to attend the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance 113th Annual Dinner alongside many outstanding businesses and community leaders from across Berks County. We enjoyed hearing from former NASA astronaut Mike Massimino, whose message about embracing change, perseverance, and preparing for the future was both inspiring and timely. Events like this are a great reminder of how fortunate we are to be part of such a strong and growing business community. It’s exciting to see the innovation and success happening throughout Berks County, and we’re proud to be a part of it.

We kicked off 2026 with our first Phyto Forum of the year. Bringing the entire PhytogenX, Inc. team together for a company wide all-hands meeting. We shared key updates on our progress, highlighted the strong momentum we’re building, and aligned on where we’re headed in the year ahead. We also celebrated the launch of a new leadership training program. An important investment in developing our people and strengthening our future.
