Your Strategic AI for answers too important to trust. Five models argue every angle. Disagree to decide.

About us

Pilot5.ai is the Strategic AI for decisions too important to take on trust. Your everyday AI handles most questions in seconds. For the calls you cannot get wrong, you end up checking and correcting its work yourself. Pilot5.ai does that rigorous analysis for you. Bring it your hardest call. Get back an answer you can defend in front of a board, a regulator, or your own team. Here is how it works. Five independent AI models analyse your question from every side, critique each other's reasoning with the names stripped off, and pressure-test the answer across structured rounds until the positions stop moving. A devil's advocate fires when they agree too easily. What you get is a clear recommendation, traceable evidence for every claim, and the strongest dissent preserved rather than averaged away. The call stays yours. The panel is global by default: the five strongest models, drawn from different providers and countries, never two from the same house. EU, US, APAC and MENA presets available on demand. Pilot5.ai does not replace your everyday AI. It is the strategy and verification layer you reach for when an answer is too important to take on trust. Use it where you already work: inside your team's AI assistants via MCP, on the platform, or in your stack via API. Every step is timestamped and exportable. Deploy in any jurisdiction, on demand. EU-resident data, routing configurable. GDPR-aligned, built to Art. 28. Try it at Pilot5.ai · Free credits at signup Disagree to decide.

In December 2025, a federal court in Oregon found 15 fabricated case citations and 8 invented quotations across three briefs in a single matter. The final bill, April 2026: roughly $110,000 in sanctions and adverse fees. Briefs struck. Claims dismissed with prejudice. Referral to the Bar. That same quarter, US courts imposed at least $145,000 in sanctions for AI-fabricated citations. One appellate court now runs a tariff: $500 per fake citation, $1,000 per fake quotation. The instinct is to call this carelessness. It is not. It is architecture. A single AI model, however good, carries five structural limits into a law practice: - 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. One model reasons from one angle. You get one theory of the case, presented as the theory of the case. - 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Invented authority reads exactly like real authority. Same tone, same confidence, same formatting. The court in Oregon noted counsel had run no citator check at all. - 𝗦𝘆𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆. The model is trained to agree with you. Your draft position gets validated, not tested. In a profession built on testing positions, that is not assistance. That is flattery with a license risk. - 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗯𝗶𝗮𝘀. When AI systems synthesize, dissent gets averaged away. And dissent is where cases are won: the one counterargument, the one distinguishing fact. - 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗯𝗼𝘅. When the client, the judge, or your insurer asks how you reached the conclusion, there is no record to produce. Here is the question worth sitting with: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗿𝗴𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁. "Verify harder" is advice. It is not a fix. A structural failure needs a structural answer. Next week: what happens when AI research is forced to argue with itself. Five independent models, blind analysis, anonymous cross-examination, and one mechanism that audits every citation and downgrades anything it cannot trace to a source. Disagree to decide. #LegalAI #LegalTech

Today, Pilot5 is introducing : Cognitive Routing. Everyone is racing to build intelligent routing. Send the query to the best model, at the lowest cost. That optimizes for price. Cognitive Routing optimizes for depth. And The Expert is the first service to deliver it. Here is what happens when you ask The Expert a question: ➡️ 1° Your question is reformulated into a structured 10-point brief. Not sent raw. Cadred, scoped, made actionable before anything runs. ➡️ 2° Web research and your own document corpus are searched, across 400+ data sources and integrations spanning 21 knowledge domains. The model does not receive an isolated question. It receives a question that is framed, documented, and sourced. ➡️ 3° You choose the cognitive lens. Architect, Strategist, Engineer, Counsel, or Contrarian. You do not just pick the best model. You pick the perspective through which it thinks. ➡️ 4° The model is selected on comparative performance data from real multi-model deliberations. Not the default. Not the cheapest. The one that has proven strongest on your class of question. One answer. Full provenance. Every claim tagged sourced or inferred. Confidence score included. Under two minutes. Utility routing asks: which model is cheapest for this query? Cognitive Routing asks: how do we produce the most defensible answer to this question? Different question. Different category. • A new ambassador joins the Pilot5 Alliance: Jason Esler. We are proud to welcome Jason Esler, founder of Sales Advisor and LogiCommand, as a Pilot5 Alliance Ambassador. In his words: "I built Sales Advisor to answer the question every sales leader eventually faces: why do we have more tools than ever but still lose deals we should win? Then I took that same philosophy into logistics with LogiCommand. One command center, every signal in real time, and AI that actually does the work instead of just reporting on it." Jason is a software architect, AI engineer, and sales strategist. In 10+ years of building he has shipped 50+ products, from CRMs and dashboards to AI agents and full platforms. He builds for the same reason we do: AI should do the work, not just report on it. Pilot5.ai is the Strategic AI for decisions too important to take on trust. Five independent models argue every angle, a devil's advocate attacks easy agreement, and what comes back is a recommendation you can defend, with the dissent preserved. You make the call. • AI does extraordinary things. But when the decision becomes important, five limits appear. 1° One angle only. A single model gives you a single perspective. 2° Misleading confidence. It sounds certain, even when it is wrong. 3° It tells you you're right. Agreement is its default setting. 4° Dissent erased. The doubts vanish into a smooth answer. 5° No proof to show. You cannot defend what you cannot trace. If your work is advising, auditing, investing, ruling, or researching, these are not glitches. They are professional risk. A lawyer citing a case that does not exist. A CPA signing off on a confident error. A VC memo built on one unchallenged angle. A study resting on sources nobody can trace. That is exactly who we built Pilot5 for: lawyers, consulting firms, financial advisors, VCs, accountants, governments, researchers, and every domain expert whose signature carries consequences. Because each limit has a structural answer: 1° One angle only → five independent AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, Mistral and more), five mandates in deliberate tension. 2° Misleading confidence → every request grounded in live web research and 400+ allowlisted sources, verified before it ships, with a calibrated confidence score. 3° It tells you you're right → a mandatory critique round where the models attack each other's work, anonymously. A devil's advocate fires when they agree too fast. 4° Dissent erased → the strongest objection survives and is delivered with the verdict. The dissent is preserved. 5° No proof to show → every claim carries its evidence, tagged by source. You hold the audit trail. Pilot5 is a Strategic AI for the calls you cannot afford to get wrong. Disagree to decide.

A new partner joins the Pilot5 Alliance: LogiCommand. Today LogiCommand goes live, and we are proud to launch in official partnership with them. LogiCommand is an AI-powered logistics command center. It gives logistics and supply chain teams one place to see everything, shipments, fleet, disruptions, compliance, and costs, and act on it in real time. It was built by operators with 20+ years across the US Army, the Transport and Logistics industry, and Lamar: people who have managed fleets, moved freight under pressure, and made mission-critical decisions when execution mattered most. Here is where we fit. Pilot5.ai is the Strategic AI for decisions too important to take on trust. You can also create your own daily, weekly, or monthly performance reports. When a logistics call is too costly to get wrong, five independent AI models analyse it from every side, challenge each other, and pressure-test the answer across structured rounds. A devil's advocate attacks easy agreement. What comes back is a recommendation you can defend, with the strongest dissent preserved. You make the call. LogiCommand gives teams the operating picture. Pilot5 does the rigorous analysis behind the hardest decisions on top of it. Welcome to the Alliance, LogiCommand. This is only the beginning.
