Glad we could help by offering a safe and accessible project to tour at the Washoe County School District Echo Loder Elementary School project.

This morning, Plenium Builders was honored to help the Reno Housing Authority host Senator Catherine Cortez Masto for a tour of Stead Manor. Stead Manor is a 68-unit public housing community originally built in 1982 and now undergoing a major rehabilitation to preserve and improve affordable housing for current and future residents. The project represents a significant investment, including funding through the Nevada Housing Division’s Home Means Nevada Initiative and Public Housing Capital Funds. Visits like this matter. They give lawmakers a chance to see what housing policy, grant funding, and local partnerships look like on the ground — not just as numbers on a page, but as renovated homes, stronger communities, and real improvements in residents’ daily lives. Thank you to RHA for leading this important work and for allowing our team to be part of a project that helps preserve quality affordable housing in Reno. We were proud to help support today’s visit and grateful for the opportunity to share the construction progress behind the scenes. 🏘️

🐺 The Wolf Pack Fieldhouse is taking shape! Steel is up, roof panels are going on, and the Wolf Pack Fieldhouse at the University of Nevada, Reno is becoming a major new presence east of Mackay Stadium. This public-private partnership project is moving on schedule, with the structure now showing the scale this facility will bring to campus. PB’s team is working closely with the University to keep construction coordinated, safe, and responsive within an active campus environment. Once complete, the Fieldhouse will expand indoor training capacity for Wolf Pack athletics and create more year-round flexibility for student-athletes, coaches, the Marching Band, club sports, spirit teams, ROTC, and the University at large. A Preview of What’s Taking Shape Inside Reed High 🚧👀 Collaborative Design Studio recently shared a look at the material and color boards for the Reed High School Modernization project, and they are a fun preview of what is starting to take shape inside the new building. Boards like these are part of the design process on most projects. Architects and interior designers use them to study how colors, textures, flooring, wall finishes, casework, and other materials will work together before they show up in the finished space. For Reed, the palette carries the school’s identity forward while adding updated, durable materials that bring warmth, contrast, and a fresh feel to the spaces students will use every day. Color will also support wayfinding, helping students, staff, and visitors move through the building more intuitively. With the building topped out and interior work underway, this is a great preview of WCSD’s continued investment in learning environments across Washoe County. 🧱 @washoeschools #collaborativedesignstudio

Watching a 5,000-pound aluminum-and-steel dome rise into place made the scale of the work feel very real. Reaching this stage is a testament to a strong team effort, and we’re grateful to play a part in something that will have a lasting impact on the University and the wider community.
