In 2018, a living basketball legend became a *free agent. So creatives at POWER decided to chime in on behalf of our HQ hometown: #Philadelphia. The message was clear: Philly Wants LeBron. “The original ‘Philly Wants LeBron’ campaign was quintessential POWER. Doing something just because we thought it was cool and because our people would love it.” Says Sr. Director of Digital Marketing and long-time Philly sports fan, Ray Lodato. “Only makes sense to take a second bite at the apple…after all, Philly Still Wants LeBron and POWER will always put its people first.” Now, as history repeats itself, the #creative is given a second life in the form of subtle updates that pay homage to the original idea. #OurWorkShows *Free agency in LinkedIn language is like having “open to work” on your profile pic

Before moving trucks could get them into the new office, our Raleigh employees made a difference with the local Boys & Girls Clubs of Wake and Johnston Counties of North Carolina! Our POWER originals, who relocated from their current position to open up a new #office, refreshed outdoor spaces and supplied a building grant. Jim Myers, Director of Community Impact, explained why partnerships like these are so meaningful: “It gives employees choosing #Raleigh as their new home the opportunity to begin building relationships, contributing to their community, and connecting with their neighbors before even officially moving there.” Thanks to our team for offering a helping hand to this community before day one had even begun!

A little #ThrowbackThursday action from last week’s Juneteenth celebrations! 📸 Teams across our territories gathered to honor Juneteenth. This holiday serves as a time to reflect with intention, celebrate progress, and recognize the contributions made by so many. “Bringing together individuals who consistently lead through hard work, positive attitudes, and a commitment to excellence made for an incredible evening.” Said Anthony McRae, a Project Production Manager from our Tampa office: “(It was a) room full of talented people who are helping shape the future of our company. The culture we build is only as strong as the people who invest in it.” Thank you to all the POWER employees who came together to create memorable experiences across our territories! #ThrowbackThursday #Juneteenth #CompanyCulture #HolidayCelebration

Before we open our doors, we put down roots. Through community service and time spent exploring neighborhoods, our teams get to know a city long before their new office opens. Understanding and appreciating local #culture is part of what helps us grow. As we continue expanding into new markets, we’re committed to supporting our communities in meaningful ways. . #NewOffices #NowHiring #PowerHRG
