  • Before you approve your UKG Pro go-live... Ask yourself one question: "If we went live Monday morning, would my HR team be confident... or just hopeful?" Too many organizations mistake a green project dashboard for true launch readiness. But successful go-lives aren't measured by completed project tasks. They're measured by what happens on Day 1: • Does payroll run accurately? • Are managers prepared for real-world scenarios? • Can employees actually navigate the new system? • Has your data been pressure-tested, not just migrated? • Does everyone know who owns what when something goes wrong? The reality is that most implementation risks don't show up in status meetings. They show up when employees can't access the system, managers have questions, or payroll doesn't process the way everyone expected. Before your launch, challenge your team with one simple question: "What could realistically fail on Day 1, and have we actually tested it?" That conversation alone can prevent weeks of unnecessary frustration. We've outlined the biggest launch readiness blind spots every HR leader should evaluate before go-live. 👇 The link to the full article is in the comments.

Guessing how your employees feel isn’t just ineffective, it’s costing you millions. In this article, Barbara Positano explores how employee engagement is at a critical low, with billions lost each year in missed productivity, and how solutions like UKG Employee Voice can help organizations better listen, understand, and act on employee feedback. At the company level, turnover adds up quickly. Replacing an employee can cost anywhere from 50% to 200% of their annual salary, making every departure a significant hit. Yet many organizations still rely on annual surveys to fix the issue. The problem? The traditional model is often ineffective. When employees are asked for feedback but don’t see change, it leads to frustration, lower productivity, and more people walking away. 👀 Stay tuned for Part 2, where we’ll break down why traditional surveys can actually hurt engagement and the key mistake leadership teams need to avoid. 👉 Read the full article for more insights: https://lnkd.in/gdN3Tm8b

  • Most HR and Payroll leaders don't realize their UKG support model is failing... Until it starts costing them. Not because the software is broken. Because the support process is. Here are a few warning signs: ❌Critical issues sit in ticket queues with no clear owner. ❌ Payroll teams create more and more manual workarounds. ❌ The same problems keep resurfacing every pay period. ❌ Knowledge lives inside one person instead of the organization. ❌ Every payroll cycle feels like a fire drill. Here's the reality... A weak technical support model doesn't just slow down IT. It impacts payroll accuracy, compliance, employee trust, and your team's ability to focus on strategic work instead of constant firefighting. The organizations getting the most value from UKG aren't necessarily using different technology. They're using a different support strategy. If any of these warning signs sound familiar, it's probably time to take a closer look before year-end payroll, open enrollment, and other critical deadlines magnify the problem. 👇 I'll put the full article in the comments. It walks through the warning signals, why they happen, and practical ways to strengthen your UKG support model. Have you experienced this with UKG or another HCM platform? What's been your biggest support challenge?

  • Can't Log Into UKG Pro WFM? Try These Quick Fixes First. Before calling IT or your administrator, try these common troubleshooting steps: ✅ Double-check your username and password Make sure Caps Lock isn't on and that you're using the correct company URL. ✅ Reset your password If your organization allows self-service password resets, use the "Forgot Password" option. ✅ Clear your browser cache Old cached files can prevent UKG Pro WFM from loading properly. Clear your cache and cookies, then try again. ✅ Try a different browser Chrome and Microsoft Edge typically provide the best experience. If one browser isn't working, test another. ✅ Disable browser extensions Ad blockers and security extensions can occasionally interfere with the login process. ✅ Try an Incognito or Private window This bypasses cached data and extensions, helping identify browser-related issues. ✅ Verify your network connection If you're working remotely, disconnect and reconnect to your VPN if required by your organization. ✅ Check if your account is locked Multiple failed login attempts may temporarily lock your account. Your UKG administrator can unlock it if necessary. ✅ Confirm system availability Occasionally, scheduled maintenance or service interruptions may affect access. If you're still unable to log in after these steps, your UKG administrator or support partner may need to review: • User security settings • SSO configuration • Account status • MFA settings • Integration or authentication errors These simple troubleshooting steps can resolve many common login issues and get your workforce back up and running faster. 👉 To learn more about resolving UKG Pro WFM login issues and other common support challenges, click the link in the comments. Learn the 4 early warning indicators that your UKG admin workload is becoming unsustainable. Admin overload rarely happens overnight. It creeps in through silent workarounds, delayed tickets, and quiet burnout. 1. The "Shadow Spreadsheet" Surge (When teams bypass UKG because setup is incomplete) 2. Your system leaves clues long before a crisis hits. If you’re seeing even two of these signs, your HR operations are at risk of a bottleneck. We broke down how to spot and fix these early indicators before they turn into costly turnover. HR leaders: How are you measuring your HRIS team's current bandwidth?
