We're proud to announce that PRIME AE has achieved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2. This certification represents the successful completion of a two-year, companywide effort to strengthen our cybersecurity program and meet the U.S. Department of Defense's rigorous requirements for protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Achieving CMMC Level 2 demonstrates more than compliance—it reinforces our commitment to safeguarding sensitive information, delivering secure solutions, and serving as a trusted partner to our federal and Department of Defense clients. It also positions PRIME AE to continue supporting mission-critical programs with the highest standards of cybersecurity. This milestone would not have been possible without the dedication and collaboration of teams across the company. A special thank you to Rob German, Walter McKinley, and Ed Chamberlayne, PhD, PE, whose leadership and commitment were instrumental in making this achievement a reality. As technology and cybersecurity continue to evolve, we'll continue investing in the people, processes, and systems that help us protect our clients, strengthen our organization, and make everything around us better. Thank you, ACE Mentor Program of Greater Akron-Canton, for the kind words! We're honored to partner with an organization that's inspiring and preparing the next generation of architecture, engineering, and construction professionals. This summer, it was a pleasure to welcome Ella Kamyszek and Noah Rickle to our Akron office for the ACE Summer Experience. Over the course of 80 hours, they gained hands-on exposure to our industry—meeting with architects, engineers, and interior designers, visiting an active construction site, shadowing Owner/Architect meetings, and even developing and presenting design concepts for a fire station project. For the past four years, we've proudly hosted 13 ACE students, and every summer reminds us why investing in future talent is so important. The curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm these students bring is inspiring, and we're grateful for the opportunity to play a small part in their journey. Thank you to the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Akron-Canton for your continued partnership, and a special thank you to Eleanor Huntley and everyone on our Akron team who shared their time, knowledge, and passion with our students. We can't wait to see what Ella, Noah, and all of the ACE students accomplish next. Together, we're helping build the future of our industry while making everything around us better. https://lnkd.in/eAT7McrN
👏 Thank you, PRIME AE Group, Inc., for hosting another AMAZING ACE Summer Experience! We are incredibly grateful to PRIME AE Group, Inc. for their continued partnership and commitment to the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Akron-Canton. Over the past four years, PRIME has hosted 13 ACE students, each completing 80 hours of immersive, hands-on learning in a professional design environment. Through a stipend provided by the ACE Mentor Program of America, students earn $20/hour while gaining invaluable industry experience, developing technical skills, and exploring future career opportunities alongside talented professionals. This summer, we were proud to have ACE alumni Ella Kamyszek and Noah Rickle, graduating seniors from our Canton team, participate in the program. During their experience at the PRIME AE Akron office, Ella and Noah had the opportunity to: 🔹 Meet and learn from architects, engineers, and interior designers in a professional setting. 🔹 Visit an active construction site. 🔹 Shadow Owner/Architect meetings. 🔹 Design interior spaces for a fire station project. 🔹 Present their design concepts to team members and receive valuable feedback and encouragement. 🔹 Learn what to expect in architecture school, how it compares to an internship, and gain insight into the design process and professional licensure. Their experience is a perfect example of how meaningful industry partnerships help prepare the next generation of design and construction professionals. 👏 A special thank you to Canton's Lead Mentor, Eleanor Huntley, for her encouragement and support. Thank you again, PRIME AE Group, Inc., for investing in our students year after year. Your mentorship, generosity, and willingness to open your doors continue to make a lasting difference in the lives of our future architects, engineers, and construction professionals. We are truly grateful for your partnership and look forward to many more summers of creating opportunities together! 🤝

A community vision is becoming reality. Congratulations to our PRIME AE team on the successful completion of Phase I of the Madison-Hanover Connector Trail! A recent ribbon-cutting celebrated the opening of the first segment of this seven-mile multi-use trail, which will ultimately connect downtown Madison, Clifty Falls State Park, Hanover College, and the Town of Hanover. From planning and surveying to design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration and inspection, PRIME AE was proud to support nearly every phase of this transformational project. When complete, the trail will provide safer, more accessible connections for residents, students, and visitors while enhancing outdoor recreation, strengthening regional connectivity, and supporting long-term community growth. Congratulations to the project team on this incredible milestone. We're proud to help create places where people can connect, explore, and thrive—making everything around us better.
🚶♂️➡️A new path forward driving community connectivity. Jefferson County, Indiana celebrated the completion of Phase 1 of the Madison-Hanover Connector Trail with a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday. This project is the first phase of a seven-mile multi-use trail connecting the downtown historic district of the City of Madison, Indiana, Clifty Falls State Park, the Hanover College campus and the Town of Hanover. “Connecting Madison with Clifty Falls State Park through this trail creates an exciting new way for people to experience the area’s natural beauty and stay active,” said Governor Mike Braun. “Thanks to this partnership with the City of Madison, we’re looking forward to seeing both local residents and visitors enjoying the trail.” A key part of the City of Madison's 5-Year Parks Master Plan, the trail offers a safe route designed to improve health, quality of place, quality of life and outdoor activity for area residents, state park visitors and Hanover students. The trail's construction is supported by a READI grant of $493,974.60 and an Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Next Level Trails Grant of $2,160,160.
