Today, our Princeton interns got a firsthand look at what property management marketing is all about. They started by shopping apartment communities, learning how the prospect journey, first impressions, leasing experience, and follow-up all influence a community's success. From there, they took what they learned and put it into action by developing complete marketing campaigns for a couple of our student housing communities.   After some outstanding presentations, congratulations to Thomas St. Andre, Asa Lester, and Mason Rubenfaer for earning the top campaign. Their concepts will now be refined by our Marketing Department and officially launched in January 2027.   That said, every team impressed us. A big shoutout to Elliot Foreman, Luke Thurswell, and Jake Raznick for delivering a phenomenal campaign as well. The creativity, strategy, and teamwork from both groups made the judging difficult. Today, our Princeton Management interns rolled up their sleeves and gave back alongside Brilliant Cities in Detroit, helping organize clothing for a community shopping experience and lending a hand with outdoor projects with some Uno and Connect Four fun along the way. Service isn't just about giving back, it's about gaining perspective, building stronger communities, working as a team, and understanding the impact we can make when we invest our time in others. We are glad that we can help our interns grow not only as professionals, but as community leaders. Today, our Princeton Management marketing interns had the privilege of volunteering with Oakland Family Services through our Move, Breathe & Believe initiative. Together, we spent the day helping children discover healthy ways to manage big emotions through movement, mindfulness, and creativity. The fun began with decorating reusable water bottles with stickers, followed by playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, and storytime featuring children’s books centered around yoga and mindfulness. There were plenty of smiles, laughs, and meaningful moments along the way. A BIG thank you to the incredible teachers, the amazing Oakland Family Services team, the wonderful children, and our interns for making today such a great experience. Giving back is part of who we are at Princeton Management, and it's something we're proud to pass along to our interns. Today, our team spent time with children at summer camp through Oakland Family Services during our own Move, Breathe & Believe activity. Together, we introduced simple yoga poses and mindful breathing while helping children build confidence, balance, focus, and healthy ways to manage stress, all through movement and play.   Oakland Family Services provides essential programs that strengthen children, families, and communities across Southeast Michigan. If you're looking for a meaningful way to make a difference, consider supporting their mission by volunteering, donating, or learning more about their work.
