Lots of talk about Messi, Argentina players and fans and of course FIFA... What does sportsmanship actually mean in soccer? How is it similar or different compared to other sports? What does it look like from a fan's perspective or an athlete's perspective? The biggest question of all is how well does FIFA align to sportsmanship? This is how PrxyEQ semantics helps us find answers. https://lnkd.in/gq2afTjd

One of the most interesting shifts I'm seeing in research is moving beyond understanding people in isolation to understanding the relationships between them. This article explores what that looks like in healthcare, where modeling the doctor-patient relationship reveals insights that neither perspective can capture alone. If you've ever been a patient (which is all of us) you'll find it interesting.

So elaborating on our weekly dashboards... last week was GLP1. This week is FIFA World Cup. We spend 30 minutes wringing out our platform and compiling all the interesting stuff we see. There's too much in this one so our cliffs notes would be to look at Hardcore Fandom Trends, the "This week" section, US vs The World... actually it's all pretty interesting. fifa.prxyai.com If anyone has a topic for next week, add it as a comment. and as usual if you want to take our platform for a spin, just send us a note...

Every week we're going to make one of our intelligence dashboards public. Not because we're giving away our product—but because we want to show what's possible. This week's dashboard explores one of the biggest consumer shifts happening right now: GLP-1s. (https://glp1.prxyai.com/) Most conversations focus on weight loss. But the real story is how GLP-1s are changing consumer behavior across food, retail, healthcare, wellness, alcohol, fitness, travel, and dozens of adjacent categories. Inside the dashboard you'll see how we move beyond traditional research to uncover: • Category intelligence and emerging market opportunities • Shifting consumer narratives and behavioral patterns • Emotional journeys across brands and competitors • Brand health and whitespace opportunities (including a deep dive into Wegovy) • Portfolio and strategic implications as the category evolves This isn't a static report. It's an example of how Prxy EQ transforms millions of unstructured conversations into structured business strategy—connecting consumer emotion, narrative identity, and market dynamics to answer the question that most data can't: Why are people changing? This type of work doesn't take months of research anymore. We can build category-specific intelligence like this in about a day, giving brands and agencies access to strategic insight at a fraction of the traditional cost and timeline. If you're responsible for strategy, innovation, planning, or growth, I'd love to hear what you see. It bears repeating, we're a team of knowledge workers. We're not tech people, we're not AI. We're people people... Lots of agency years. Lots of research. Lots of insights. Lots of empathy. Lots of contradiction. It doesn't change the fact that AI is revolutionizing what we do. It just makes us better. https://lnkd.in/g7WmpPsQ

Marketing is a field where there are processes that are critical and repeatable and it rewards convergent thinking, rigor and expertise. Marketing also is a field where there are insights and innovation and creativity and it rewards divergent thinking, fluidity and naivety. Domain Expertise leans to the former. It's absolutely critical to affect change and drive transformation but in marketing we're lucky that we have a foil to it. Here's to the crazy ones. https://lnkd.in/gFWz9QSB
Timely conversation yesterday with Andrew Janis and popped back up with some online chatter with Mark Ritson. We are at the exact moment when outsiders are becoming more powerful externally, and where many organizations are reducing the number of outsiders they bring in internally — slowing or freezing entry-level hiring. That's a BIG mistake. https://lnkd.in/g4CA_Nm9

A lot of people have been asking after they watch this https://lnkd.in/g6RX_yFS where the data comes from. While the attendee list specifically was provided to us the data that we used to graph the conference category and our brand came from Prxy EQ. Since we have mapped 14 categories 168 subcategories and dozens of brands per category. We have a qualitative database that enables us to build data systems that can connect brands with customers in meaningful ways. That conference tool it’s just the latest implementation. For a closer look, you can access our 14 categories for free at EQ.prxyAI.com

BIG NEWS! We’re releasing the category-level of our intelligence dataset, Prxy EQ –FREE: https://eq.prxyai.com/ Over the past few years, I’ve become increasingly convinced that most of what we call “insight” in marketing comes from well-organized observation that can tell us what people do but rarely why those behaviors have meaning in the first place. Bridging that gap between data and understanding is where the connection between research and strategy becomes insight. We’ve been building toward that problem at Prxy AI, and as part of that effort, we’ve decided to make a portion of Prxy EQ, our proprietary ethnographic dataset, publicly accessible. It’s a high-level view into how we map identity, emotion, and narrative inside a category to reveal the underlying forces that shape preference, loyalty, and change over time. What’s visible here is only a surface layer—behind it sits a structured system spanning 14 categories and in the coming weeks we will release an expanded 168 subcategory set. If you spend a bit of time with it, my hope is not that it gives you answers, (it's not a replacement for research and strategy) but that it sharpens the questions you’re asking. If it does its job, you’ll find yourself asking better questions—and we’ll be here to help answer them!
