Our Columbus venue has been open for just over a month—and they've come out swinging! 🏌️ From day one, this team has hit the ground running, and we couldn't be more proud. One year ago, I had the opportunity to be part of opening Puttshack Skokie, and what a year it has been! Opening a brand-new venue is exciting, rewarding, exhausting, and sometimes a little chaotic but I wouldn't trade the experience for anything. Over the past year, I've learned more than I ever imagined about leadership, hospitality, operations, and what it truly takes to build a successful team from the ground up. What I'm most proud of isn't just what we've accomplished as a venue, but the people I've had the privilege of working alongside every day. To our incredible associates, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and for bringing energy and fun to every shift. You've made this place what it is. To my fellow managers, thank you for being teammates I can rely on through the busy days, the challenges, and the celebrations. It's been a privilege growing alongside all of you. And a special thank you to Carlos Navarrete and Zechary Gayles. Your guidance, mentorship, and support throughout this past year have challenged me to become a better leader and have played a huge role in my growth. 🎉 Celebrating 5 years of Liz Rabin at Puttshack! 🎉 From joining our 1st US Venue, to opening and leading our 16th US Venue, Liz Rabin’s journey with Puttshack has been nothing short of inspiring. Liz first came to Puttshack looking for growth, and she found exactly that — starting as a Hospitality Manager, moving into Food & Beverage leadership, and eventually becoming Director of Operations of our Dunwoody location. Along the way, she helped shape the Atlanta venue into a training hub that has mentored dozens of managers who have gone on to support our growth across our now 20 US locations. When asked what keeps her motivated, Liz’s answer was simple: the team. Getting through the hard days together, creating amazing guest experiences, and seeing team members leave happy and proud is what keeps her coming back with energy and purpose. One of her favorite memories? A team scavenger hunt that had everyone running around, laughing, solving clues, and just enjoying the moment — a perfect example of the fun, connected culture Liz helps create every day. Her biggest lesson after years of leadership? Embrace change. And with Puttshack’s growth over the years, Liz has done exactly that.
