We're proud to share that Scott Gray was invited by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Clint Hahn to participate in the Nasdaq Closing Bell ceremony last week. This special opportunity brought together technology leaders, partners, and advocates in support of the EMBRACE KIDS FOUNDATION, helping raise awareness for children and families facing serious health challenges. Moments like these highlight the power of partnership, community impact, and the people who represent RapidScale every day. Congratulations, Scott, on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you to AWS, Nasdaq, and the Embrace Kids Foundation for creating such a meaningful event. #AWS #Nasdaq #EmbraceKidsFoundation #CommunityImpact

AI success requires more than experimentation. It requires governance, security, operational discipline, and proven outcomes. We're proud to announce that RapidScale has earned the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Agentic AI Consulting Services Competency, becoming one of only 147 AWS partners globally to achieve this designation. This recognition validates our ability to design, deploy and govern agentic AI solutions that drive measurable business results. As AI adoption accelerates, governance is becoming just as important as innovation. Our CISO Brent Neal joined the CISO Stories Podcast to discuss what security leaders should be thinking about as AI becomes more deeply embedded in cloud environments, business processes, and sensitive data systems. The conversation covers AI governance, cloud security, identity management, and practical steps organizations can take to scale AI responsibly. Check out Brent's insights!
AI is transforming cloud security at an incredible pace, but the real challenge isn't adoption. It's governance. I recently joined Jessica Hoffman, CISSP on the CISO Stories Podcast to discuss what security leaders need to consider before AI scales across the enterprise. We explored AI governance, identity and access management, cloud security controls, and the risks organizations face when experimentation moves into production. These conversations are critical as businesses work to balance innovation with visibility, accountability, and trust. Thank you to Jessica and the Security Weekly Productions team for the opportunity to join the discussion. Listen here: https://lnkd.in/eSMNXJC2 #Cybersecurity #CISO #Governance

AI is making research faster than ever. The challenge isn't finding information; it's knowing what to trust and how to turn it into action. That's why the role of market intelligence is evolving. In her conversation with IT Brew, RapidScale CMO Jessica Maria discusses how AI is changing the way leaders evaluate technology decisions, validate assumptions, and navigate an increasingly complex market. The main takeaway: The future belongs to organizations that pair AI-powered speed with real human expertise to separate signal from noise. Read the full interview now: https://lnkd.in/eFBBSsWA
Yes, AI is making research faster, more accessible, and more scalable. But speed does not equal confidence. I recently spoke with IT Brew about how AI is reshaping market intelligence. My take: AI can be an incredible accelerator, but insight still requires validation, context, and genuine human expertise and understanding. I think organizations that purposefully combine the speed of AI with the human judgment to know what’s worth trusting and why it matters will have an edge (and already do). The same is true for the market intelligence industry. The next generation of market intelligence will be measured by its ability to turn information into clear, actionable direction when decisions need to be made. The firms that stand out won’t be the ones producing the most research; they’ll be the ones helping leaders make better decisions faster. Read the full interview here: https://lnkd.in/eSGSPmUP

Increasingly complex AI infrastructure decisions, especially in today’s volatile market, are reliant on a clear understanding of what a company needs at every stage of its journey. As organizations balance infrastructure modernization, cloud strategy, FinOps, and AI adoption, success depends on having the right expertise to connect every decision back to business outcomes. That’s why we’re continuing to invest in advisory, implementation, and managed services that help customers move forward with confidence, wherever they are in their transformation. RapidScale recently landed a spot in Anthropic's new channel program — one of the first cohort, alongside a small handful of Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Partners with the AI/ML competency to prove it. That's a multi-year credential most MSPs starting today can't shortcut. On this episode of Changing Channels, I talked with RapidScale president Duane Barnes about how they got there — and what they're doing differently now that they have. His take: The margin isn't in the token. It's in the implementation — architecture, optimization, drift monitoring, full lifecycle management. Mark up API costs and you've already lost. Deliver the outcome, and you've got real margin and real stickiness. He also predicts a real shakeout coming. The barrier to entry is enormous, and platforms like AWS, Microsoft, Google, and Anthropic don't want thousands of partners doing one deal a year — they want a few doing it daily. Everyone else gets pushed to the two-man truck.
