Lubbock, Texas, just made a little Reece history. We recently celebrated the opening of Reece USA's first-ever quad-site —bringing Plumbing, HVAC-R and Waterworks, together in one location. It's a new way of serving our customers, making it easier to access the products, expertise, and support they need, all in one place. To mark the occasion, we hosted our first quad-site block party, welcoming hundreds of customers, partners, and community members for a day of great conversations of fun. More than a celebration, it was a chance to showcase what happens when our teams come together with one goal: delivering a more customized experience for the trades we serve.

Holidays don't pause the needs of our customers, and we're proud to be there when it matters most. Whether it's responding to urgent customer needs, or even participating in a local Fourth of July parade, our team always remains committed to supporting the customers and communities we serve.   We're especially grateful for the dedicated Team Members who give their time over holiday weekends to get out into the community or respond to emergencies. Supporting our local communities isn't just something we do during business hours — it's part of who we are, every day of the year.

Our Dallas Fortiline Waterworks team recently gathered to give Charlie Smyth a well-deserved send off as he prepares for retirement on June 30.   For more than 20 years, Charlie has been an integral part of the Fortiline family. Since joining the Dallas Sales Team in 2006, he has built lasting relationships with customers, mentored teammates, and made a significant impact on our business and the waterworks industry.   To recognize his years of dedication and service, the Dallas branch honored Charlie by dedicating the estimator's room in his name — a fitting tribute to the legacy he leaves behind.   Thank you, Charlie, for your commitment, leadership, and countless contributions over the years. We wish you all the best in retirement!

This month we're celebrating an incredible Team Member milestone: Rick McCracken at our Alamogordo, New Mexico, Plumbing branch marked 45 years of service with Reece in June. Rick began his Reece career working in the warehouse while in high school. After graduation, he became part of the counter sales team and has served as Branch Manager in Alamogordo since 2000. Congratulations, Rick, on 45 years of dedication and commitment to Reece. We are grateful for all you've accomplished and the example you've set for future generations.

We’re excited to share that our Odessa, Texas, Reece Plumbing branch has officially relocated. Our Odessa team has moved into its new space, designed to better serve our customers.
