As we close out the month, we are proud to reflect on one of our core values: Gratitude. This month, we had the honor of celebrating our tenured team members and saying farewell to two incredible retiring employees, one after 43 years of service and the other after 38 years. Their dedication, hard work, and lasting impact are truly something to be proud of. Years like these represent more than time - they represent commitment, loyalty, and the many ways they helped shape Regal Boats over the decades. We are deeply grateful for all they have given and wish them the very best as they begin this next chapter. We also welcomed our newest additions to the Navigator Program and look forward to the positive support and guidance they will provide to our future new hires. One of the most meaningful highlights of the month was hosting our first-ever food drive, Harvest of Hope, in partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank, Advance Community Center, Wapa TV Orlando, and La Prensa. This event was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when people come together with a shared purpose: to serve and support the community around us. We are incredibly grateful to every volunteer who gave their time, energy, and heart to help make this event a smooth and memorable experience. From organizing donations to welcoming families and lending a helping hand wherever needed, your support helped bring Harvest of Hope to life in a truly special way.

Being ambitious is about more than setting goals—it's about continuing to grow, learn, and build on the successes that came before us. Throughout May, we embraced that mindset by investing in our people, strengthening connections across our teams, and looking ahead to the opportunities that lie ahead. As May comes to a close, we're reflecting on another month filled with connection, appreciation, and meaningful moments across our Regal family. This month, we celebrated team members reaching service milestones, recognized employees through shout-outs for the positive impact they make each day, and came together during Town Hall meetings to stay connected and informed about what's happening across the company. We also shared a special moment as we celebrated and said farewell to one of our valued team members as they begin their retirement journey. While they will be greatly missed, we are grateful for the years of dedication, hard work, and memories they leave behind. Thank you to every member of our team for helping create a workplace built on respect, support, and community. We're proud of all we've accomplished together this month and look forward to continuing that momentum in June.
