Prompt engineering is genuinely useful. Plenty of MSPs use ChatGPT and Claude to generate scripts every day, and they work. It gets harder going from something that works to something your business depends on across every client you run. The AI can produce the logic. Alex Williams, a senior consultant on his team, is already running it with QuickBooks. And Martin Perkins, founder of Tech Cartographer, said it lifts the weight of needing a whole team to automate.
