We are proud to introduce Mara by Vermella — a new luxury waterfront residential community overlooking the Shark River in Belmar, NJ. Designed as part of the town’s ongoing seaport redevelopment vision, this project transforms a formerly underutilized waterfront property into a vibrant coastal destination focused on modern living, outdoor connection, and panoramic water views. Our architectural design draws inspiration from the surrounding shore environment through expressive rooflines, expansive glazing, and generous balconies that seamlessly blur the line between indoor and outdoor living. Developed under Russo Development’s Vermella brand, the 364,000 SF development features 196 upscale residential units designed to reinforce a strong sense of place along the waterfront. Thank you to the Russo Development team for the opportunity to collaborate on this exceptional project. #MultifamilyDesign #CommercialArchitecture #NJRealEstate #RotweinAndBlake

We are proud to announce the completion of Gateway at Ewing Town Center, a mixed-use residential development that continues the revitalization of the former General Motors site in Mercer County. The first of two residential buildings anchoring Parkway Avenue, Gateway introduces 92 thoughtfully designed units above activated ground-floor spaces, creating a vibrant, walkable environment that supports both residential living and commercial activity. A defining architectural feature of the project is the barrel-vaulted breezeway, which enhances pedestrian connectivity while creating a unique visual identity along the streetscape. The interiors were designed to elevate the everyday residential experience through hospitality-inspired spaces, refined material selections, and amenity areas that support the evolving needs of today's residents. From co-working suites and social lounges to efficiently planned residential units filled with natural light, every aspect of the building was crafted to balance comfort and functionality through thoughtful, timeless design. Gateway at Ewing Town Center represents a significant milestone in the ongoing transformation of the former industrial site into a vibrant, connected streetscape along Parkway Avenue. Beautifully captured by Towers Studio, LLC. #Architecture #InteriorDesign #MixedUseDevelopment #MultifamilyDesign #ResidentialArchitecture #CommunityDesign #EwingTownCenter #ArchitectureLovers #TimelessDesign #RotweinAndBlake

For decades our work has been shaped by a belief that architecture should endure; thoughtfully designed, carefully executed, and rooted in collaboration. This past year continued that tradition, as we partnered with clients and communities to bring meaningful environments to life. The holiday season offers a moment to reflect on where we’ve been and look ahead to what’s next. We are grateful for the trust placed in us and the relationships that continue to define our practice. Wishing you a joyful holiday season and continued success in the year ahead. #Architecture #ArchitecturalDesign #DesignLegacy #ThoughtfulDesign #Collaboration #ClientPartnership #CommunityFocused #HolidayGreetings #SeasonOfReflection #LookingAhead #RotweinAndBlake

We’re proud to share the completion of Ohr HaTorah Synagogue in Bergenfield, New Jersey, a place where tradition, learning, and community come together. Our team envisioned this 16,000 SF place of worship as a spiritual, cultural, and educational hub. From the sanctuary for worship to flexible classrooms and community spaces, every detail was designed to foster connection, reflection, and shared experience. Through careful attention to light, materials, and scale, the architecture balances timeless tradition with modern functionality, creating a space that will serve the community for generations to come. #OhrHaTorah #SynagogueDesign #CommunityArchitecture #CulturalSpaces #SacredSpaces #ArchitecturalStorytelling #ArchitectureDesign #DesignWithPurpose #ModernTradition #ArchitecturalInnovation #InspiredSpaces #ArchitectureLovers #TimelessDesign #RotweinAndBlake Photo credit: Towers Studio, LLC
