✏️46 Years of the Sidney R. Johnston Memorial Trust Scholarship The heavy construction industry champions this scholarship each and every year. To date, HCCA has awarded $465,550 to children of HCCA members thanks to the Board of Directors, Trustees, and a few other strong supporters who sell raffle tickets to generous supporters across Virginia's construction community. This year, the Scholarship Trustees had a particularly challenging time selecting recipients among the competitive applications.
