  • We’re thrilled to celebrate the opening of Coastal Farmer, the signature restaurant at Dune House Hotel and Spa and the newest evolution of our Urban Farmer brand. Inspired by the spirit of the coast, Coastal Farmer reimagines everything guests love about Urban Farmer through the flavors, ingredients and rhythm of Atlantic Beach. Openings like this are powered by people. Thank you to the incredible teams at Dune House Hotel + Spa, Sage Restaurant Concepts and Sage Studio, along with the many associates and partners whose creativity, collaboration and passion brought this vision to life. Together, they’ve created more than a restaurant. They’ve created a place where guests and the local community can gather, connect and make lasting memories. We can’t wait to welcome neighbors, travelers and food lovers alike to experience everything Coastal Farmer has to offer. Congratulations to everyone who made this opening possible. Here’s to the beginning of something special.

  • Pride Month is a celebration of authenticity, belonging and the power of community. Throughout June, our associates came together across our portfolio to celebrate, share their stories and create welcoming spaces where people could show up exactly as they are. At Sage, we believe hospitality begins with people. It’s found in the way we welcome one another, celebrate our differences and create experiences that help every person feel seen, valued and connected. That’s how we enrich lives, one experience at a time. We’re incredibly grateful to our LGBTQIA+ associates, whose leadership, creativity and authenticity help shape our culture every day. Thank you for making Sage a stronger, more compassionate place to work and for creating experiences that bring people together in meaningful ways. We’re also thankful for our guests, community partners and neighbors who celebrated alongside us throughout the month. Together, we’re creating places where everyone belongs. While Pride Month may be coming to a close, our commitment to belonging continues every day. Thank you to everyone who helped make this month so meaningful. Happy Pride. ❤️🏳️🌈

  • A new chapter has begun in Pittsburgh. This week, The Atterbury, Autograph Collection officially opened its doors, marking the transformation of the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel into a reimagined destination in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. The rehabilitation of the Fulton Building and reopening it as the Renaissance was one of our first historical adaptive reuse projects, and we are so proud to still be a part of the story for this historic building more than 25 years later. We’re grateful to our partners at RLJ Lodging Trust and Marriott International for their partnership and collaboration throughout this journey, and to the associates and leaders whose dedication brought this transformation to life. At Sage, we believe great places reflect the communities around them. We’re honored to help steward the next chapter of this Pittsburgh landmark and look forward to creating meaningful experiences that enrich lives for years to come. https://lnkd.in/gDxiTXe2

  • This Hilton Team Member Appreciation Week, we’re celebrating the people behind the experiences. Across the Hilton properties in our portfolio, associates create the moments guests remember most. They turn arrivals into welcomes, stays into memories and properties into places that feel connected to the communities around them. At Sage, we know the most memorable experiences begin with human connection. Every day, our Hilton associates create moments of care, belonging and hospitality that leave a lasting impression on guests and teammates alike. In doing so, they help us fulfill our purpose of enriching lives, one experience at a time. We’re grateful for the impact they have on our guests, their teammates and the communities they serve. Happy Hilton Team Member Appreciation Week!

  • It has been a meaningful week of celebrating the people who bring hospitality to life across Sage. From recognizing the dedication of our Night Auditors, to celebrating Marriott Associate Appreciation Week across our portfolio, to honoring the People & Culture teams who help support and shape our associate experience every day, this week served as a powerful reminder that hospitality begins with people. Behind every guest experience are teams leading with care, connection and heart. The associates who welcome guests after long days of travel. The overnight teams who keep operations running strong while most of the world sleeps. The leaders and support teams who help associates feel seen, supported and empowered to grow. We are grateful for every associate across Sage who helps create spaces where people feel welcomed, valued and like they truly belong. Thank you for all the ways you continue to enrich lives, one experience at a time.

  • Today, we celebrate mothers and the people who care for, support and uplift others with compassion, strength and heart. At Sage, hospitality is rooted in making people feel welcome, valued and cared for, and we see that spirit every day in our associates, our guests and our communities. To all the mothers, and those who mother: you make life a brighter for those around you. Thank you for all that you do. Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at Sage.

Realigning workforce and education systems starts with listening to employers—and building pathways that work in the real world. That’s exactly what we’re seeing at Sage Hospitality Group, where two ActivateWork apprentices are knocking it out of the park. “Sydney and Dylan are amazing… big fans.” That’s how Sage described their experience working with Sydney Atencio and Dylan Meyers. From day one, both have stepped in with confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to figure things out in real time, quickly moving beyond onboarding into real contribution—solving problems, collaborating across teams, and earning trust in high‑pressure environments. ⭐ Sydney recently completed her first major system transition, jumping in to resolve issues and earning standout feedback from HR and leadership. “She rocked it out.” ⭐ Dylan stepped up independently to complete a cybersecurity assurance checklist while his manager was across the country launching another property. “The timing was crazy, and he just handled it.” This is what happens when education and workforce systems are aligned—when training is built with employers, not apart from them, and when career-seekers are supported and empowered to contribute from day one. As we celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, we’re proud to partner with employers like Sage who are helping build a more agile, future‑ready workforce. 👉 Interested in hiring job‑ready tech talent or launching an Apprenticeship program?
